Dunkin' — Restaurant in Deep River

I've been to this dunkin many many times but I am almost always disappointed, the only reason I keep going back is because it is the closest one to my home and on the route I take to work. Every time I order through the app I get my drink with no issue, but the food is almost always messed up or just not with my order at all. When I go in person I always end up waiting an extensive amount of time, even if the store has not other customers. They also have a tendency to open late/close early because of staffing issues.

I don't blame the staff at all because I know multiple who have worked there and have heard countless horror stories about ho management treats their employees. The staff are not properly trained at all and even before COVID they had stocking issues...

It’s a 50/50 shot whether or not you’re actually going to get an accurate order from this Dunkin. I high suggest double checking your order before walking out or else you will have overpaid for a mediocre coffee that not even made properly. The amount of money I’ve wasted at this location on the wrong order, or something being forgotten or the quality just completely lacking could have put on of the young workers through college and grad school already. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location for me, so as much as I’m complaining, will I go back? Probably. Just wish they would get it together… especially since I order the same thing everyday…...

The place is too noisy. Continual clanging. Coffee is weak and flavorless. I ordered a "buttered' toasted bagel but didn't get "butter". I'd bet money there was zero milk or any other natural ingredient in the oily, nasty textured and horribly flavored, chemical laden spread they swirled on a crappy cold under-toastrd bagel. The counter tops were dirty as was the bathroom, both with overflowing trash bins. They need to make a few more quick and simple cleaning rounds, more often. They use way too much paper. Two bags for one bagel, 2 stickers, a receipt etc. The organization is successful but it sucks. Never going to DD again. It's fake...
