Overall, the food was excellent. I had an issue with my order, there was a huge piece of fat with my brisket. Even if I would have opened my to-go container to inspect it before I left, I would have not seen this. This piece of fat was under all the other pieces of brisket meat. The sad part is I was starving, the food was good, and I did not get enough meat because of this mistake. We had the following platters: Beef brisket with the original BBQ sauce and corn bread and baked beans A combo (brisket and pulled pork) with the sweet and spicy sauce and corn bread and broccoli salad ½ Rack rib with the original BBQ sauce and cole slaw and baked beans Other than the above-mentioned issue, the meats and sauces were excellent. The sides were also excellent and showed they were made in house. The corn bread was just right – not too sweet! I addressed my issue and Mark quickly replied to me: I would like to first apologize for this error. We always trim out the large sections of fat while slicing the point end of the brisket. Most likely this was cut from the point and scooped up by accident when put on the scale and then transferred to your to-go container. He even offered to make it right the next time we do visit. My husband and I decided to throw a last minute get together for our daughter's 1st birthday and had chosen Brother's, as we heard and read great things about their catering. I called within a week of the event, fully expecting that they might tell me they couldn't do it for me on short notice. I spoke with a kind gentleman named Brendan (sp?) who was so accommodating and made sure he checked with the owners before informing me that despite my party being the day before the busiest weekend of their summer, they could definitely fulfill our request! Great-tasting traditional barbecue including brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, Texas sausages, and your typical sides! Food was great and the owners/employees are awesome! Mark has been smoking meats as a hobby for many years, but opened Brothers BBQ 3.5 years ago during the height of COVID.

They sell out of their food most days, so make sure you reserve yours for pick-up. You can also eat-in at the restaurant if you want.
