If I could rate this location's staff a -100000000 stars I would. Tonight at 7:15pm I ordered my kids some pizza online. The tracker said there would be a 45-56 minute wait, I didn't mind, but couldn't wait because I had to work. At 8:18 I called to see how much longer and spoke with a gentleman and told me the pizza was on its way, waited till 9:04 and called again, Torry answered and said for me to wait, she would track my order, 5 mons later phone hangs up. I called again and said it should be arriving soon. 9:44 I called again this time Katherine answered I asked to speak to a manager and she introduced herself as the manager. I complained about my order and she asked me for my phone number and name, said my order was in transit, 2 hrs later??????
Katherine never apologized, she said it was not her store and didnt know the refund policies after I requested for one. Both girls (Torri and Katherine) never cared to apologize or try to make the order right... Giggles on the background. Dominos WAKE UP!

Your parking sucks, I’m sure you know that. I drive a Suburban, not space ships like you guys. So I parked parallel on the side of the building that faces the side street so that my back end wasn’t hanging out in the street. Well this apparently completely ruined his day and he was not afraid to show it. After catching an attitude about the way I parked I as kindly as I could told him I was just grabbing my food and then leaving. He storms off to the door and doesn’t hold it open for me (common curtesy especially in customer service) Then he decides he’s going to be the one to give me my food. I told him have a nice day and he just stared at me. I called him a jerk and then thanked the other kind employee who actually held the door open for me. So kudos to that guy. Read moreUnfortunately this is the 2nd time that I have found myself walking in to place an order 15 mins before closing. Yes, I know...They haven't "closed" yet but try walking into ANY other food establishment during the last 30 mins and watch the smirks and rude attitudes from the worker(s), with the "how dare you try to order something, don't you know we are trying to close in 30 mins which means You're screwing it up for us". That has yet to happen during my last minute walk in order a few mins before closing. Both times Ive even asked if it was too late to place an order, neither visit did they make me feel as if my order wasn't important enough for them to not shut down the ovens. These days, customers aren't necessarily looking for extra benefits, we're happy to receive the expected or "as advertised".
