The drinks overall are not that good, the place is really mid. My friend got some ice cream from the place and it was horrible it tasted nasty, it didn't even look like ice cream. It looked like shredded up ice with a bunch of syrup covering it up. Also the service is very bad, like the front desk cashiers are always really rude. The only time that we had someone that was decent was a male cashier but the rest of the time they were really rude and stuck up and they weren't doing their job, they were always on their phone like throughout taking our order etc. One time we went and there was literally a dog behind where the food is being made like where the drinks and ice cream gets made, the dog was barking so loud. Not to mention that's really unsanitary to have a dog right where the food is being kept cause dog hairs could fly everywhere and what if I was like allergic to dogs I couldn't have...

The mango milk tea was delicious, although I shouldn't have gotten popping mango boba. The tea is so creamy and milky and the popping mango boba is so tart and fruity tasting. Although that was my fault and the milk tea is 5/5☆. The ice cream was more like shaved ice with small amounts of flavored mochi dough and a splash of milk. It wasn't very strongly flavored and had a cheap school treat taste. It's too expensive for that, so I'd give it 2/5☆. We tried the ice cream, it was so flaky and soft. Also tried the smoothies with boba and we loved it all. They have a crystal boba I had never tried and it had a less chewy texture than the regular boba. They also have strawberry boba balls and they burst in your mouth as soon as you try to bite them. Everything was delicious and the flavors were different than the big chains tea houses. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was very clean.
