Subway — Restaurant in Deer Park

Terrible.. I used the subway app to order when I get to the store the guy wasn't even aware there was an order waiting.,so I had to wait for him to make it. he starts questioning me about what ingredients.. the whole order is right there in front of his face on paper but yet he's asking me how to make it I had other things to do so I told him I would be back I go next door to Dollar General,the employee called me while I was in Dollar General and informed me that there was no bell pepper or onion, he asked me what he sbould do, told him to make the sandwiches without it.. after doing a little shopping I come back grabbed my sandwiches and leave. Upon getting home, the sandwiches were steak and cheese and they were ice cold not even microwaved or toasted. the laziness of this employee and this location is just horrible I do...

I went twice, first time they barely put any meat and they have bad customer service the second time was recent the hispanic lady was mean she acted like she didn't understand me and she walked off till another lady came to help me she was kind but in the midst of it they ruined it they were talking bad about a customer calling him fat in Spanish and how they can't believe that he's on "a diet" while he's picking out a cookie, the lady had the audacity to ask the guy in English at the end for a tip. DO NOT TIP, save your money go to a small owned business that will treat you better and give you what...

The young guy on staff working alone today actually delivered the single best steak and cheese sandwich from a subway I have ever experienced, and I get this sandwich at least once a week. I was thrilled. There was also a very ornery lady ahead of me that was being extremely condescending and rude, he handled her with professionalism, even when she changed what she wanted more than once, demanded a coupon be used, had talked down to him, and just generally been a terrible human being.

10/10, would absolutely...
