Update: The owner contacted me personally after having escalated the issue to Domino's corporate. I was refunded the full amount of my order, plus the tip. It shouldn't have had to go this far to be resolved, but it has been resolved.
I would love to give this location 0 stars, but unfortunately it doesn't seem that can happen. I never would have ordered from this location except that unfortunately it is the closest location to my house and automatically selected through the domino's app.
While using the app is a dream, the result was a nightmare. I ordered two Brooklyn style pizzas, and instead received two thin crust pizzas, cut into squares. Really? I can thank Shackara for the "accuracy" of my order.
Jorge, the driver, certainly took his time delivering my pizza, AND overcharged me. I can only assume it's because I was paying cash and there's no way to verify that he overcharged me. I left it to my fiancé to pay who assumed that i had just given him the wrong price. My order was $24.89 and Jorge told him my order was over $26. Guess he got a bigger tip, and pocketed the rest that he doesn't have to report.
I did call the location to speak with a manager. I was rerouted around until I was finally passed to, not the manager on duty, but the person "near enough" to being a manager in the store. Unacceptable. There is NEVER not a manager on location. The girl refused to give us her name, obviously so that her name wouldn't be dropped in a review. We explained the situation, AND that her driver overcharged us, and all we got in return was basically a "tough luck". We were told we can't return the pizzas for our actual order and there's nothing she can do about the driver. Worst customer service ever.
I have NEVER received such horrible service. I placed a call to corporate, and as this location is a franchise I am expecting a follow-up from the local owner. I WILL be making sure it's followed up and will update here further developments. The representative I spoke to was very kind and took down all my information and account of the incident and promised to contact the owner of the franchise.
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE!! Might just keep my business at Papa John's or some of the local shops in the area. I immediately went to Domino's because of the convenience they offer, but not if that brings me a sacrifice in quality...

Venetta, who answered the phone and took our order was rude and completely unprofessional. I thus called back and asked to speak to the manager, whereupon she told me she could not âletâ me speak to a manager without a reason, so I told her I had a complaint. Instead of getting the manager on the phone she placed me on hold for 4 minutes until I heard a loud ringing on the phone. No manager ever answered. I hung up and called back and Jason the manager answered. While he claimed customer service was important to him and promised to speak to his rude employee, he offered no genuine apology. When our order finally arrived the pizza was cold and instead of the mild wings we ordered we got hot, so I called Jason who said he would get the correct order out âas soon as possibleâ not immediately as he should have said. 40 minutes later the correct order still had not arrived so I called back and suggested he should comp the wings as my girls were already falling asleep. Instead of apologizing, he said âthe driver is already on his way.â To which I replied you should have already compef them when you made the first mistake. Another 40 minutes later, when the order still had not arrived I called back and was put on hold. So I called again and he said that he had canceled the order. I tried to explain to him the difference between comping and canceling, but he did not seem to understand. He said I needed to call back and speak to his general manager.    Read moreThis driver who was supposed to deliver my order barely spoke English and did not read the delivery directions properly as it stated to come upstairs and ring the doorbell. He never came upstairs and my girlfriend who was in the living room did not hear the doorbell ring. I called the store to get it re-delivered and after I explained to the manager what he needed to do to find my place, she contacted him and he finally found it. When he showed up, he attempt on arguing with my girlfriend about the delivery instructions, saying âADDRESS IS NO RIGHTâ and before leaving, he went on to call her "cheap" when he saw her wrote $0 on the tip section on the receipt not knowing that we were going to give him cash instead of charging the tip on the card. After hearing that comment, she chose not to give him the cash and he left without giving us back our receipt. When my girlfriend called the store manager to report the incident, the manager herself was also very rude, hard a hard time understanding her, and was rushing to get her off the phone, not really wanting to hear what my girlfriend had to say. She even went on to blame me saying that I needed to check the address on my profile which was written correctly as it is in every address section in all my delivery accounts. The only thing they did correctly was getting the order right. The food was okay, a bit cold however, the delivery process and presentation itself were just horrible.
