This is a long overdue review…where to start? In my experience, the highly-regarded Porsche tuners/racing mechanics near where I live have quite the ego and IMO have provided me with mediocre service at best. Then there is Marco, who has spent so much time to get my tune perfected and with whom it’s been an absolute pleasure to work. While Marco is familiar with my car from the previous owner, I don’t live in Florida and all tuning adjustments have been remote. I was in need of a tune adjustment when I replaced a few hardware items, and all the tuners to whom I reached out in my area offered their assistance with some big caveats; “we do it my way, on my schedule, with all my parts, and I tune it the way I want.” Marco was absolutely willing to help me with no strings attached. Between datalogs and revised tuning files, Marco always paid attention to the way I described the car’s behavior and would tweak the tune based on the datalog numbers and how I wanted the engine to perform throughout the power band. I realize he is in high demand but Marco has always been responsive to my emails and strives to make sure the engine is performing to its full potential and that I’m happy with the tune. I can’t say enough good things about Marco and it’s a shame I haven’t had the opportunity to work with and thank him in person. He truly came to my aid when no one else would, and I can tell Marco is extremely passionate about what he does. I highly recommend Marco to anyone looking to get more performance out of their car, and I look forward to continue working with him...

Went in for a tune on the new McLaren 570s. They flashed the ECU and then the car started shutting off, literally. Working with the Collection and McLaren to resolve the issue however this has been the worst experience. McLaren and The Collection are saying that Billet shorted a relay in the ECU when they flashed it. To add insult to injury, Marco doesn't even run the shop, his mom does and was not able to refund the money, because there were insufficient funds in the account, have a picture from the email if you need. I went with this shop because of the youtube video that I saw of them tuning another McLaren, big mistake. Buyer beware. I am in the process of getting an attorney to sue for the full refund of the tune plus the damages to the ECU. Feel free to reach out directly if you have questions, but note that the facts speak for themselves and you don't want to take your exotic to these guys. Marco is the nicest f*cling man on earth !! He will get your car right took my Q50 red sport there and Marco knows what he is talking about he tuned my car and did other work on it ! This man is a mad genius all the negative reviews I don’t believe them ! The man is so down to earth and he know his stuff he could tell you things in his sleep !!! This is his passion and if you take your car there ! The price is fair ! The man is not expensive. You already driving an expensive car and he change you the bare minimum to do everything honestly I think he too cheap ! He don’t over price you at all and after everything ! You will leave the shop with a smile on your face !
