A total of 11 cars left drive thru window today when no one came to drive-thru service window to ask for our orders

Had to give one star so they would let me write my review Should be NO star! I have a complaint because several cars today left your drive thru without getting serviced. We all decided to park our cars and go inside. We got to door and saw a little girl playing inside the store but NO adult in sight and door was locked with sign that read short staff please go through the drive thru..I went back to drive thru still no service. New car game through the line and ended up leaving too. A total of 11 cars came and went when I was there. What a shame.

few new cars followed some of the others just left. Same scenario. NO SERVICE! I left after 9 minutes of waiting. This is not the first time this has happened in this Dunkin.. No service at 1101 S Powerline Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 at 1:30pm in the afternoon! You will loose customer like this because most of us were upset and confused to see a baby look like a 4 year old girl alone in the store. I am not not coming to this store anymore, who knows what is going on there.??? Bad...

HATE the new staff with a passion. Went there this morning on the way to my physical therapy appointment and I pulled into the drive thru that was backed up waited in line for about 10 minutes didn’t move a single inch so I backed out of the drive thru. I parked and went in the store I ordered my medium iced caramel coffee with the regular 2 cream 2 sugar and a shot of expresso. I’m waiting at the pickup station and there’s already a lady waiting there who made her purchase before me that’s no problem obviously but the guy who ordered after me got his drink before me and the lady that was waiting before me. I could feel her tension and see her frustration. Then they gave me my coffee before she got hers. I felt bad. As the store manager was passing me my coffee from the new girl who made it she gave it a dirty look and so did I. The store manager asked what I ordered and I told her and she gave the new girl a look that didn’t look good. I didn’t want to take the drink because it literally looked like creamer with a shot of expresso or coffee. I’ll add a picture of it. Messing up someone ms coffee is a great way to ruin...

Went to this Dunkin before work. I ordered food for 3 people. Two of the sandwiches were missing the meat. When I called, the lady denied the fact that the sandwich included sausage (how she remembered my order from an hour before, I'm not sure). She was extremely rude. The order clearly says turkey sausage. Instead of just apologizing and offering to fix this mistake she was nasty and argumentative, not an ideal attribute of good customer service.

Updated review, service still horrible a few years later..... The crew member that assisted me was extremely rude and unfriendly. I placed my order about 1 minute before I pulled into the drive thru (no different than placing the order at the speaker). He asked how he could help me, I told him I was picking up a mobile order for Jessica, and very rudely with a nasty tone said "you mean the one you placed 10 seconds ago?". There was 1 person in line in front of me but no other customers. I was astonished at how blatantly rude he was to me. Then he argued with me at the window.
