The sales person was the worst Ive ever had the challenge of working with , didn't have product knowledge, I had to email him over my previous order to show him I'm a returning customer. It appears the warehouse is in control of the place. And the sales people are just order takers. I placed an order for car 1000 chargers on Monday was told they only had 500-700 and need to confirm with the warehouse because of A-B stock , didnt hear back so called back on Tuesday, I was talk down to, told this is a process, and I need to wait till its my turn and they have time to sort. They can possibly pull 100 chargers from another customers order, maybe? This is a total mess I cant run my business on maybe. I couldn't imagine treating my customers like this. The call ended with the sales person stating when we get to sorting out what we have I'll send you a 1 or 200 chargers maybe? "but no promises " WOW! did that...

It is a joke that this company exists. I came here on Friday, June 24th, 2024, and separated 110 phones ($ 19895) to purchase. An employee and I spent the entire morning doing this. We agree on the price and payment on Monday, so that we may pick up the same day.

I transferred on Friday, next day, but they did not honor it.

Their word is worthless, don't trust them.

A call was received today 9:46 AM (Monday) from them informing me that the phones had been sold because somebody had paid a higher price.
