Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

I am sitting on hold as we speak, My company placed a very large order we were charge 3 time for the same sandwich. I called to get the two sandwiches refunded they told me I would have refund the whole order and re- enter everything again.

12 Sandwiches which have specific details to them.

I asked if we could just have a gift card for the price of the two sandwiches. They told me NO and now as I am writing the review I have been on hold for 14 mins and 38 secs and I will continue to hold !!!!!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Jimmy Johns you should be ASHAMED.

The young man on the phone told me he was getting the Manager left me on hold came back to tell me she was coming and put be back on hold where I have been sitting. 17 mins 32 sec still waiting

So its now been 30 Mins I called back and the Manager still couldnt speak to me and they are currently making my order and I placed my order at 11 am for a 11:45 am - 12pm delivery. For the LOVE of God and all that is HOLY this order better come on time. We have meeting at 12pm that this food needs to be here for.

I am beyond pissed...

It has been over four years since I ate at Jimmy John's, but I still receive emails from them. I made a pickup online order for my free side that was offered for my birthday. There were a few employees inside when I entered the quiet establishment. I greeted a male employee and placed an order for a sandwich to go along with the side. I customized The Pepe sandwich to my liking with light lettuce, mayo, and mustard; and added pickles.

I have never been in love with Jimmy John's, I think it is pretty basic, not a lot of options. I have ordered it a handful of times because it is close to my office, maybe 6 times. When you order around 11-1130am they are really fast on delivery, like, under 10 mins fast, but any time after that it is the same timeframe as any other delivery restaurant, this really isn't my issue though. The last three times in a row my sandwiches were made incorrectly, they left stuff on I asked them to remove, they didn't put stuff on I ask them to add, and one time my turkey sandwich completed smelled and tasted like tuna, that was beyond weird. It's cool that your food gets delivered fast, sometimes, but what's the point if your order is incorrect. My order being incorrect three times in a row is the reason I finally wrote this review.
