UPDATE: Sept 2025 do not order much of anything here..we have given Tucker Dukes several chances within the last 7-12 months and it has been disappointing considering we used to love going there..but things have gone down hill, so much so, that it's absolutely sad to see 😔 😟 The food is now terrible..what we recieved this evening was an absolute disgrace. We ordered hamburger Sliders, the beef was supposed to be cooked medium, but instead they are dry overcooked hockey pucks. We also ordered the chicken Philly with no mushrooms.. simple enough right?! We have ordered it before..but now it's completely different and abhorrent (smells bad and tastes awful, wad basically ripped up random pieces of dry chicken which was then mixed with burnt peppers and mushrooms..yucki) .. Lets not forget they also filled the sandwich with mushrooms of which we asked to be omitted (nevermind the possibility of allergic reactions etc)..
I called and spoke to a shift leader who promised to speak to the powers that be ..and suggested I call uber and just get my money back (not the solution to selling mediocrity for high prices). I know nothing will come of my review nor will my complaint of tonight's experience ever get taken seriously considering some of the lowest reviews are recent and it doesn't look like nor sound like they care.
I am utterly disheartened and sad to say we no longer recommend Tucker Dukes..just one too many let downs as of late..I can't afford to invest anymore money in this establishment that no longer takes place in offering consistency and taking pride in the quality of food they are pushing out to the community. I won't support them anymore and perhaps that's why the other location closed..I dunno..but this place is a slow sinking ship if they don't change course.
OLDER REVIEW: TUCKER DUKES is where it's at!! We have been a fan since day 1! My husband can't function without SPICY LOLA!!! please never take her off the menu, that big juicy thickkums gyal of a sandwich MMMMmmMMmmm.. (She was missing from ubereats for months). I love the turkey burger and Camilla sliders (i add bacon always lol), all the blue plates, cobb salad, spicy Buffalo eggrolls, fries, tots are always crispy but better in person. We love their brunch, it is everything (loaded breakfast Tots are delicious), good beer & drinks. The atmosphere is in a strip mall but hear me out..they have done an outstanding job of creating a beautiful space with a bar, indoor and nice outdoor seating..very cozy. Staff has always been welcoming upbeat accommodating and kind..(but please not too many modifications to the burgers atleast when trying em for the 1st time because they have truly crafted some unique flavors that are worth savoring as is..try it, they have opened my eyes and tastebuds to so many different flavors). You will adore Tucker Dukes, you're welcome!! Thank...
Read moreLet me start by saying I am not a complainer typically (check my reviews)! I can deal with delays because of large crowds.
I so wanted to love this place because of their unique menu. It was a group of 9 of us who drove 40 minutes to try this place out on a Saturday night for my girlfriends birthday. While we were seated immediately , we quickly realized that another large group arrived shortly after us and all of the single tables were full. Due to this being our first time we took a little longer with our drinks. (Cocktail me please) We all wanted to try something different so we could experience a multitude of their menu items.
We ordered our meals by pairs to ensure no confusion when the check arrived. All drinks arrived and then food was ordered.
First issue: Kids ordered chicken wings and fries. Chicken wings came out hot (which was great). But fries did not come out with them. (No pics)
Second issue: Tucker Duke burger came out about 10 minutes later, again without the truffle fries ordered with them.
Third issue: abiut 15 minutes later the onion rings came out next. Along with 2 of the burgers ordered. (No pics) still no sides.
Fourth issue large group mentioned earlier finished their meal, paid, and were leaving the establishment. We are still missing more than half our order. No refills on drinks, ooh and we told they don't have napkins.
Fifth issue: sides finally arrive for all in our party. Along with the Gaia bowl. But the sliders are still missing.
At this point we asked the waiter to just bring it in a Togo container. Someone from behind the bar greets a group that recently were seated and immediately provided silverware and napkins. When going back inside we asked the person from the bar for napkins, water, and to see about our meal. Napkins and water were brought and we were told it was almost ready. Mind you these gentlemen recieved their order and we are still waiting on the sliders.
All in all the food taste really good once it was served. But bringing out a group meal as if it was piece mail is not right. Kitchen should be completing the order in its entirety. This was unacceptable. Along with the fact that management never came by to check on us. We could see it was busy and really tried not to make a fuss about the 2 hours it took to get all of our food. Just confusion and lackluster service.
Please do better, I so want you to succeed because the food is good. But it won't keep the clients is service...

Yesterday my Girlfriend and I went to Tucker dukes for dinner. It’s a place we both have gone prior and always had a good experience until yesterday. Our server was great and really did make sure we were served well, however after I ate my meal which was the big donnie burger I immediately started feeling nauseous. I could barely sit up right. I thought I needed to vomit because my food was not settling well at all. My gf and I paid our bill and tipped the server. I went to my car and waited for my gf because I couldn’t drive. We sat in the car for a bit and she suggested I try to throw up. I went back in the restaurant and tried to use the rest room but it was occupied. I went back to my car and had my girlfriend drive us home. As soon as I got in my house I puked up my meal and went to lay down shortly after. We had just left the restaurant around 6 and I called the restaurant 7 after gathering myself together. I spoke to a young lady who was very empathetic and it’s unfortunate I didn’t get her name. I told her about my experience and asked for compensation since the meal I had me sick and still currently has me feeling symptoms today. We even spoke on how another burger would not be compensating after what I went through. She was next to the owner and told him my complaint. When she got back on the line you could she was not excited about the news she was told to inform me. She said “ so I’m really sorry about your experience, the owner said that since no one else has complained about the food that I can’t get a refund but I can leave my contact info and name for when I come back to get another burger.”
During the call I had my phone on speaker while girlfriend was in the room. We both were confused and felt immediately disregarded after going to this place for so long. Why does it take more than one person to get sick for a paying customer and our bill with tip over 100 dollars to be compensation. I didn’t ask for a full refund either I just wanted a refund on my meal to the card that was used.
I told the young lady to sure take my contact down and put me on the list for a free burger. But after that experience I don’t see myself returning back with an owner that can treat a returning customer like that.
Now when I pass tucker dukes it’ll always be know as TUCKER...
