Los 3 Burritos — Restaurant in DeKalb Township

Will never go back to this place it was such a bad experience for a first timer. I only went because my husband told me these tacos was good. So he ordered 8 steak tacos 4 with lettuce cheese and tomatoes and four with cilantro and onions to go. The cashier took the order and repeated it back the same and she must've wrote it down wrong. Because when we got home and ate them the 4 with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes were fine but the 4 tacos that was suppose to be cilantro and onions had cilantro and lettuce (who orders cilantro and lettuce tacos). Anyway I called and spoke to the cashier who took my order and she tried to tell me that she repeated the order back and we agreed, that is correct but I don't know what she wrote on the order slip. All I know is I didn't ask for cilantro and lettuce tacos. She then said the manager will be calling me back and I asked what's the manager name. She stated I can not tell you that as if I asked for his social security number or address or something like that. Anyway the no name manager calls me back and says if I bring the 4 tacos back he can exchange them for the correct ones. I had just got off work and was not going back up there so I scraped the lettuce and cilantro off as much as possible and ate the most nasties tacos I have ever tasted. Will never go back there again and suggest if you decide to take out make sure your food is correct before you leave. I would rather go to Flamingos better taste and every time I have been there order have...

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Upon moving to the area it was my favorite Mexican restaurant… heck I craved this place when I was pregnant! But I’m now DONE giving this restaurant my business. Today we ordered through eat streets, and our delivery experience was HORRIBLE! They left it in front of our garage, which is on the opposite side of our front door (so it sat outside for who knows how long, in the freakin’ winter. Goes without saying, it was very cold when we found it). The directions clearly stated leave at the front door! When we called the restaurant, they said they tried to call us several times. The number they gave was an old number, but we contacted ear streets and they confirmed all our correct up to date info. So the only thing I can assume is that’s an error on East street. When we talked to the restaurant, again she claimed the driver couldn’t find our front door. My husband and I stood in front of the door for almost a half hour and never saw someone come up looking. Even if they came before that, we have a nest doorbell and no one was shown on the footage before hand. When we called the lady on the phone wanted to die on the hill that the driver did the best they could, and wasn’t willing to do anything in the ways of correcting this (once they have your money, who cares right?). Obviously this order meant nothing to them, and at the end of the day loosing us as a customer is probably gonna mean nothing to them. Just sucks to see after they used...

My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time the other night. The service was horrible, she did not greet us or even ask if we were ready to order (we were at the counter). She then proceeded to ignore us while she faced the kitchen window, turned her back to us, and started drinking out of her personal drink. When she finally decided she was ready to acknowledge us and take our order she looked past us out the window as if she was uninterested and could care less. After ordering we sat at the table to wait for our order. She then put her plate of food on the counter and began eating, all the while stringy cheese hung and stretched from the plate to her mouth. Highly inappropriate and unappetizing. Where I sat I had a clear view to the back and kitchen which was filthy and grimy. It was then that I also noticed the dining room was filthy and there was not a single clean table. Needless to say the service and cleanliness were so subpar I'm surprised the place has passed a health inspection. Will not...
