I brought my cat in today for grooming and the reason that I brought him back for a second time is because the groomer named Luis Did a wonderful job on him last year. However today was not quite the best experience even though the groomer did a wonderful job again. The first issue was the fact that I was told it would be three hours for his grooming process and after three hours I still did not receive a phone call letting me know that he was ready, I had to call the store to see if my cat was ready and he was ready and yet nobody phoned me to let me know that my cat was ready so in the meantime my cat is sitting in his carrier which of course he hated and I had to sit there waiting for the three hours and had to call the store which I shouldn’t of had to call the store . When I came to pick up my cat the groomer pretty much shamed me over the fact that my cat had matting on his belly, hello, that’s what I’m paying over $60 for is for you to shave the matting off. He referred to the situation as crazy which made me feel embarrassed that my long hair had normal matting on his belly. Basically the groomer made me feel bad about the state of my cats for which is normal for a long-haired animal in the most annoying aspect of the whole situation was I never received a phone call that my cat had been groomed and ready which I feel is quite irresponsible for the store especially the fact that a year prior the same situation had happened they attempted to make a phone call and I was on the other line and they never left a voicemail or anything I think it’s very important for them to contact the pet owner to let them know that their animal has been groomed and is ready and furthermore Not to make the owner feel like they’re doing something wrong because their animal needs to be groomed.They definitely lost a good customer today as far as grooming. The groomers name is Luis and even though he does a beautiful job on the animal I don’t recommend him because of the irresponsibility of not contacting me and then making me feel like I’m neglecting my animal. He also claimed my cat is developing bald spots on his body because I’m neglecting to brush him consistently and when I got him home and inspected his fur there was no bald spots, I left there feeling like a...

Deplorable conditions for the animals there. Reminded an employee to clean the reptile floors, and he smiled at me, feigning ignorance, and asked which ones. Go look yourself. It's your job to make sure they're all clean. I'm not talking just the day's waste, there was enough feces in the bearded dragon enclosures for two or three days. Not the first time I've noticed it either. I only go in when I absolutely have to for MY reptiles and small animals. The majority of the staff are sweet and fine, but you cannot safely have 5-6 bearded dragons in a 12x12 inch box like you do now. One or two WILL end up dead. Especially when they're covered in bacteria and prone to getting sick from a cramped and dirty home. The leopard geckos had stuck shed on their eyes and toes, the pacman frog's enclosure was an even smaller plastic box inside the already-small tank, and I can't even bring myself to go near the fish. Overall, I hate this place. I hadn't left a review before because I didn't have a reason to. Good place to get pet supplies. They have many animals like reptiles fish and sometimes cats. But I do wish they would have more crickets because more than half of the time there out and will not have them for a while or they have some but dont have many. And when the do have alot they are gone within a day. But how do they feed there reptiles if they cant even provide much for other people. The animals do look very thin a these stores. But I have gotten a lepord gecko from here and it was very thin when had had got it but now it has grown up more and is now a healthy lizard. But one thing I do like is when they do have crickets they normally have a shelf full of the were u can just grab a little bag of them.
