I use to enjoy this specific McDonalds, they always made fresh food and customer service was great. I am very respectful always and customer service is a big deal to me. After my visit tonight I will no longer be a customer here. I order my food through the mobile app, it’s more convenient for me that way. I ordered a gran Big Mac, medium fry, and Oreo McFlurry. I get there and to no surprise the icecream machine is down again.. ok. I get a smoothie instead. Then they are out of beef for the gran Big Mac. So I get something else, try something I’ve never tried before the Swiss and mushroom chicken sandwich. Get my order, get home and the sandwich is horrible. I decide to go back with the hopes of getting a different sandwich. I pull up to the drive thru and the employee greets me with a sarcastic “Welcome back.” I didn’t think much of it. Told him my problem and he asked that I drive to the window. When I get there he was rude. I decided I would just get a refund and another fry. I didn’t want to chance a burger Incase he felt I needed some spit with mayo... he took my money for the fry and asked me to pull up to the second window. Got my fry, looked closely at them and tasted one. They were extremely salty and soggy. I plan on going up there tomorrow morning for a refund. Anyway, I’m waiting. He’s looking at me crazy.... me: so I’m just waiting for my refund now. Him: oh. You don’t want another sandwich? Me: no just a refund please. I’m told to back back to the first window.. k. Someone else rings me out, he’s more respectful. Apologizes and gives me the wrong change back. I corrected him because I’m an honest person but he basically gave me back the money for my entire meal. I’m giving it one star because tonight they sucked at their jobs. And after my refund tomorrow I won’t be back. Also I’m calling corporate because I don’t deserve the sarcasm and attitude. They screen these applicants, I thought they were all suppose to be happy. Read moreCame through the drive-thru just now and had placed an order on the app. 1 medium fry and 1 caramel sundae add oreo. I got to the window and was told the ice cream machine was down (big surprise.) But was told I could get a frappe or smoothie or something else instead and so I asked for a caramel FRAPPE add oreo. I was told that was no problem. I was then asked to pull forward, which I did. Waited a good 5 minutes before the lady came out and had a mocha frappe with oreo. I asked her if that was meant to be my by chance (seeing as it had oreos on it) and she said it may be someone else's and asked what I had. I told her a caramel frappe with oreo. She comes back with a caramel frappe. No oreo. She hands a 2nd car their order and as she heads back to the door I inform her it was supposed to be a caramel with oreo and the one she just handed me had no oreo...she then copped an attitude with me and told me "that's what I just tried to give you a minute ago!" And as I opened my mouth to tell her it was a mocha with oreo, so still not my order, she walks inside and then comes back out with that now watery and melted mocha oreo frappe and hands it to me and just says "just take this" and storms back inside. I have to come inside, she wouldn't even look at me again and a manager had to come to the counter. Keep in mind I was kind, calm and patient this entire encounter and come here regularly. Kinda disappointing. Especially considering I even sympathized with this woman in the past while seeing her staff/customers treat her poorly. I'm all about kindness, specifically to fast food workers. But I'd expect the same...
Read moreI ordered 3 sodas, 2 fries on the app. Pulled up, gave my code called by name and asked to pull around. I was given the drinks and then asked to pull up and wait for the fries. 7 cars passed us and finally my order was brought out . When I checked the bag only one fry was there. I then had to get out and go in. One employee was assisting someone else, not even eye contact was made with me. She then proceeded to ignore me and do another task, so I then popped my head around the corner and asked to speak to the lady whom brought my order out. The other woman (I found out is named Tonya) then was like maam, Im here and helping someone. I said ok but I was asking for the person that helped me , not you. She then walked away and I heard her mumble I was rude! I asked her to repeat herself and she just scoffed.. the manager then came over and handed me my fries and apologized. I told her what was said and she told me she would are the issue but the employee just kept on and said to yes please complain about her. This type of interaction was highly inappropriate and out of line. No one should be treated like that as a customer and that employee shouldnt be disrespectful to her boss like that either....
