I've been sitting in the drive-through Lane for almost 10 minutes. Well actually, in front of the drive-thru Lane... The woman at the window seemed very upset that I placed a mobile order and I am now being punished. Such a shame because it is so easy to use the app, but I guess I will just be going to McDonald's in the future... I will say that the girl that ran out my food in the rain was super nice and friendly!
Update: I couldn't resist going back because I had a taste for Wendy's, although I just realized that you tell them your name when you use the app and they now know if you left them a 3-star review. I'm sure that's why my burger bun was so terrible just now. I can honestly say that I don't think I have ever had a quality issue with Wendy's until just now...
Now it's a one-star review and I will never go back!
Update 2: ok, I was wrong when I said I would never go back. Actually went inside to eat today and everyone was super friendly the food was perfect! Back to what three star!

Read morecame to this location for the first time since its opening. I have to say, the food was fast and delicious, however, the 2 employees I encountered need to be trained in courtesy and respect. The person who took my order over the speaker had no enthusiasm in his voice and gave off the impression that he hates his job and doesnt want to be there. I then proceed to the window, pay him cash and moments later, a different person hands me my food, no words, just hands me my bag. Still waiting for my change, i sit there for maybe 3 minutes waiting on $3 change. When he finally opens the window, he hands it to me with no words again.. Maybe, "sorry for the wait" or "thank you" NOTHING.. very awkward..
