Burger King — Restaurant in Cortland Township

Yesterday my boyfriend, child and I went through the drive thru to order our food. We ordered the new brisket burger in our order. When we get to the window, we were handed our drinks. My boyfriend took a drink of what was suppose to be lemonade, and it tased like water. He had me try it, and it definitely tasted like water. The guy comes back to the window, tells us we have to pull up and shuts the window before we can ask for a new drink. So we kindly waited for him to come back, simply said our drink tasted water down, can we get a new one. he wasn’t the problem, “Alex” the women “manager” i believe, is in the back throwing her hands up and i can hear her shouting to the guy at the window “ just tell her she can sit there. by the time she’s done bitching her food will be ready.” The guy went to relay, and i said “oh i heard her back there bitchin” he shuts the window. she’s then clearly yelling, and throwing her hands up to where i can see, so i pull around, go inside, and ask for the manager or corporate number. She ignores me. i say “maam, i need your manger here or a corporate number now.” She then turns around, YELLS in my face, and says no, he’s not here can’t do anything until tomorrow. I asked for her name, 3 times, before i finally got “Alex”. She then went back and forth with me about how she didn’t do anything, that there’s cameras and such, and i told her that’s fine, i have a witness and your manger can check the cameras, im not leaving until i have a number to call to report.” She then storms off, grabs a card with an invalid number (called 4 times didn’t go through yesterday, same thing today) and says “it’s not that hard to pull up”. then continues to tell me “have the day you deserve” screaming at me. This lady and who truly needs to be fired. Not only did this all happen, but our ENTIRE order was not correct, the brisket sandwhich had zero brisket. all of our food was cold (could be from the scene that happened). I myself am a manger in food service, and no matter the disrespect a customer gives, i’d never treat someone this way. But the thing that irrated us the most, is both my boyfriend and i, were extremely polite during our order and EVERYTHING until we heard and saw her in the back. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this place either. I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location before, my boyfriend has had a similar interaction with who we think is “Alex’s” mom(they look similar, could be wrong). This location is just a joke. Seriously need to fire this lady before you loose all buisness, because from the looks of the rest of the reviews she’s mostly the reason this place is...

This BK is usually pretty good, food and service. But the last visit was almost comical, so I thought I'd share. I needed something quick and easy so I ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets with bbq sauce and a large coke. Simple enough. I get to the window and the guy is talking to someone behind him with his hand out towards me. I guess this means I need to pay. I put my card in his hand and he takes it. Gives me my card back and I ask him if he could include bbq sauce, just for good measure. No response, just a look. A minute goes by and he hands me a bag. He was just staring at me like, "why have you not left yet". I said, "my drink?" He says, "what did you order?" I said "large coke". Window closes. Another minute goes by and he hands me my drink. I said, "thanks man". He said, "yeah". So, I pull away and start driving. Grab my drink, Dr. Pepper. I hate Dr. Pepper. Nuggets, plain not spicy with no bbq sauce. And just to seal the deal, no napkins. Wow, that is taking it to a new level when it comes to screwing up an order. I gave 3 stars because this BK is usually good. This guy was just a complete moron. It's sad but I think this about as far as this dude is...

My husband and I come here pretty much every Thursday night when he gets off work since it is the only decent fast food place in the area, open past midnight (he gets off at 12:30am). So I know for a fact that the drive thru is open til 1 am on this day (plus that's what hours are posted on the drive-thru window). We arrived in the drive-thru last Thursday as usual at 12:34 am, only to find the staff had shut down the drive-thru and already started mopping the kitchen. We tried to ask through the window why they were closed early but they all just stared at us like we had 3 heads. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Every other Thursday night we have been there, we have had excellent service, and they have made our food fresh, even though it was the end of the night. If the hours have changed, it would be nice if they updated what is posted on their windows, and if not SHAME on the closing crew for shutting the kitchen down early, leaving my husband...
