Burger King — Restaurant in DeLand

The team member was very very rude. I will never be back to this location. My husband works in the restaurant industry and I am appalled by the way this women treated us. When we pulled up she asked if we were ready. I asked for minute to decide. She asked again within 30 seconds and then again less than 30 seconds later. I began ordering the third time she asked and she said What very loudly and then said u need to repeat that. So I did. Before I could finish she asked me 2 times if that would complete my order. I was in the middle of sentences and she was asking. I pull up to the window and she takes my card. Gives me my drink and I almost drop it because of how forceful she is handing it to me. After receiving my food I asked for BBQ and zesty sauce. She puts one of each in. I said can I please have more than that. I have 2 10 piece nuggets 2 chicken fries and onion rings. She said I only have to give u one of each. And then hands Me 4 BBQ sauce. I politely ask for more zesty and hand her 2 BBQ sauce back. I said thank you 3 times and she just slammed the window in my face. I could not believe the way I was treated. My children were very upset and didn't understand why she was so mean. I tried calling the manager and the number was disconnected. Some people should not work in the customer service industry and she is definitely one of them. If you want people to return to this location you may want to move her to the back where she is not...

By far the worst Buger King in existence. I live close by here and go all the time because they are right next to the car wash. I usually like to grab something small to nibble on while its being washed. Most here are friendly with only 2 that have horrid attitudes (pulled away about a dozen times with no food because of this ). If you dont get the horrid attitudes then surely your order will be wrong and you will have to pull back through (who knew a plain bacon cheese burger could be so hard. ) But that's if you get to use the drive through at all being that a lot of the time I will hear this "sorry but our drive through is currently closed at the moment but you can come inside if you want to ." when you pull around you'll notice they hang a large metal bucked outside of the window to stop the drive through timer and then will reel it back in when ever they feel like it . Not sure why they do it but I'm sure burger king probably wouldnt like it . Truely I have no idea how this establishment is still open . This place gives all other burgerkings a really really bad name. Its grimey, rundown looking , and some of the employees are questionable at best. No greeting customers 😕 I had to wait for my food and when I received it not even a sorry for your wait just a Did you order the whopper jr for 5 combo and turn away. I said thank you she didn't respond like it was killing her to bring me my food I paid for never ever going back there. Poor customer service and they are not friendly at all I see why this store doesn't have customers. I hope their manager wasn't working and allowed this to go on. 2:30 PM. And another thing as slow as it was they should have been glad to even have a customer. Now I seen on TV were they are advertising the $5 meal like Wendy's checkers are having but this Burger King on Southside of woodland boulevard by the car wash isn't doing it at this time I understand that it's still fresh and maybe we they won't get it they need to get it they keep them busy cuz they don't do absolutely nothing and still get paid how about that we as a customer should have better service than what we're getting and that BK does not have it a smile a good evening or a good morning is appropriate have a nice day Don't even get that .
