Wawa — Restaurant in DeLand

I came to this Wawa today (7/7/24) at about six in the morning. I needed to get air in my tire and was going to get a Sizzli as well. I come in to find, as I have probably the last ten times I've come here, that there are no Sizzlis in the hot case. I must have just missed them because I overheard some employees joking about how they hadn't sold any, and one of them mockingly said "profits" at not selling any. Now I may not have gone to business school, I'm just a paramedic looking for breakfast after a long night shift, but maybe if this location actually stocked the sandwiches, they'd sell them. I get inventory control and not wanting to make food just to throw it away, but not a single Sizzli? You can't make one or two of the most popular ones to replace what you took out od the hot case? Again, I go back to the thought that since it's an impulse buy right next to the registers, maybe you'd sell more if you stocked it.

I'm really disappointed with this location since this is my experience every time I want to get breakfast. Sometimes I don't want to wait for the deli to make something, and want something quick. Sad to see that the employees and management at this location are content with letting customers like me slip...

I went in to stop and get lunch we got 3 subs and 4 drinks. I waited for our order and received everything except for 2 smoothies. I stood there waiting to get my last 2 drinks. I waited said nothing just kept watching as other drinks were put out mind you I had 4 drinks so I was waiting for 2 because 2 were sent out. I wait for about 10mins when a guy came out of the back and started talking about me to the 2 girls making my drinks. They said they were just now making the rest of my order after the guy told them I was staring which I was because I was becoming impatient I understand service and it shouldn’t take 10-15mins longer to make the remainder of my drinks but even though I was standing there impatient I had no intention of saying a word until the one girl laughed saying I would end up coming inside and complaining. I may have been standing there and I’m sure I look annoyed but sometimes with service you have to wait whether I agree with the length of time I had to wait I had no intention on complaining because it’s not worth it and doesn’t do anyone any good but to talk about me loud enough for me to hear is rude and...

I got some drinks and gas at the wawa on spring garden in Deland florida. When I got to my pump I wasn't getting no gas.I went back in. And the lady said that she accidentally put it on the wrong pop. She said that my money Will be returned shortly but that I needed to pay for the gas again.I paid again for the gas. The only way that the money will go back if the gas was never taken.She knew that she put the gas on the wrong pump. And they already took it so there's no way I was gonna get my money back. I go the next day to talk to a manager. And all they do is laugh and say there's nothing we can do about it. But if I was to be Shoplifting, They will make sure that they prosecute And Expect no excuses. But I asked fore my money back and they have no clue what to do and have no idea.
