• EDIT: The canned AI responses are very low class. Just don't reply at all, rather than insult me * West Volusia needed a dispensary with Caviar level quality medicine. I just found it. Cookies in Deland. Sheyene was my primary contact, but I interacted with everyone there. AWESOME FOLKS!

I entered Cookies for the first time, and was greeted by not only the staff, but also the unimposing, open, lobby-less store! The store was clean, well lit, modern, and well stocked.

I had a good idea of what I wanted to try when I arrived. When I was asked which qualities I preferred, and was pleasantly surprised when I was directed to all 3 of the strains I was interested in, plus 1 I hadn't considered.

Jumping ahead... I've tried 2 strains, and they are straight, thermo-nuclear fire. Learn from my past mistakes, and look at the Terpene percentage. One of my purchases was 3.4%! The first dry vape taken, had a live rosin feel to it. The effects were spectacular.

Back to your fabulous staff... They were knowledgeable and pleasant, and didn't mind talking shop about Cannabis. (I consider myself sort of a mad scientist with Cannabis Botany)

Sheyene very thoroughly went over the daily events, discounts, and a bit of Cookies' history. The best way to put it, was everyone was uber cool. I love this place already.

I would give a no stars if I could but.... here we are. I stopped in this location after hearing about Cookies at my doctor's office. I do not know what the budtender was doing before I got there but things weren't "right". I was looking for a menu as he was entering in my info and started telling me about things I wasn't asking. I wanted a very specific product, specific blend and in a multi-pack. He proceeded to get a single pre-roll out and label it for me to buy. I explained I was looking for a multipack and not singles and he stated, "I was going too fast for him"......that they were "had more a recreational facility type vibe and those types of customers" I didn't quite understand the statement other than the fact that he wasn't "present". I finally tapped out and said I was too frustrated to try and figure him out and went to leave.... of what I did see, nothing was that impressive to justify the pricing and definitely no reason to go out of my way to deal with someone that might be a better patient than sales rep. VERY DISAPPOINTED as the people that were at my doctor's office seemed so together and in the "know". Even though I am in Orlando, I actually do drive out to DeLand for my favorite dispensary.... would have been nice to have...

I was hesitant to go in at first. But went in and all was wonderful good price on concentrate and flower. And the shirts are cool and the back packs!!! I only can go Monday and Tuesday and Saturday morning due to work. So I would drop 100$ plus every time. First 8 trips went great inand out and the price was the price. Last Tuesday I go in its 165$ they tell me 206$ the prices are not what they say on line. And if you figure it out they are making you pay for your next discount!!! Sorry the price should be the price. And then one of the bud tenders (no names cause they are cool just a off day) goes I am tired of this shit!!! Like it's my fault they are doing false advertising. Needless to say it was good while it lasted for them 8 times. But I will not be going back to cookies or removing this review until the price is the price. And I also got ahold of the bbb as well. You can't tell us a price and then say no price on websight is not right.

So don't order just come in. And what still over pay.

Sorry to leave a 1 star. But that last visit was one to remember
