I’ve come to this location a couple times, and I asked for the same drink every single time, and I asked for my drink to be stirred extra hard with the spoon. Sometimes the drink comes out perfect and sometimes, like today it doesn’t. I nicely ask the girl. What do I need to ask for in order to make sure my drink is stirred correctly because it was not. She asked if I want to drink remade and I said no, I just want to know what should I be saying to make sure it’s stirred hard. She then tells me that my drink was stirred, and it looks good to her, and I lifted it up and showed her the caramel sitting at the bottom of the cup, and said this looks stirred hard to you? She looked at me like I was stupid and said yes. I said OK then you can go ahead and remake it and stir it hard with the spoon. She says OK it’ll be ready at the next window I said OK thank you I pull up to the next window and a different girl comes to give me my drink immediately and it was the same exact drink. I said this was not remade. She says well, you said you wanted to caramel, and I said yes, I understand, but look at the bottom of the cup. I understand you guys stir every drink with a spoon, but when somebody asks you to stir it extra hard, specifically with the spoon, then clearly that means I don’t want my caramel sitting at the bottom of the cup. What I’m paying five dollars for a drink, it should be made correctly. As I’m explaining to the girl, what was wrong with the drink, she walks away from me. I said wow that was really rude that you just walked away while I was in the middle of talking. Then the same girl, I’m assuming her name is Jackie comes to the window and gives me five dollars and said here’s your money back we’re not making your drink. Hijacking, not being rude in the first place, I would’ve never asked my drink to be remade, I just wanted to know what do I need to say to make sure it’s made correctly. This was the worst service I’ve ever received at Dunkin’ Donuts. I went down the road to the other location told him what happened, and they said wow that’s completely unacceptable and they made my drink perfectly. The worst part about all of this is both of them looks like they were either supervisors or managers. If the services that bad from the management, I can’t even imagine from the...
Read moreMy mother and I went through the drive through at 1:50pm yesterday and had the worst customer service experience specifically with workers Devin and Andrea. We ordered two hot chocolates with milk and whip cream, a frozen hot chocolate with no whip cream and 2 donuts. We pulled up to the second line to wait for our order and Andrea bought us the first hot chocolate made with water and no whip cream. We then told her we asked for it to be made with milk as shown on the receipt, she continued to argue back and forth with us stating we did not ask for milk even after showing her the receipt stating to make it with milk instead of just taking it back and making it with milk. She had a horrible attitude and walked off. The second worker Devin came and bought the hot chocolate that they had to remake and had an attitude due to them continuing to get the order wrong, they forget our frozen hot chocolate so we had to inform to him that we are still waiting for another drink still continuing to have an attitude. Devin bought the frozen hot chocolate and slammed the window and walked off. Once we left after sitting there for over 10 minutes to wait for our order we noticed the frozen hot chocolate had whip cream after we asked for no whip cream. My mom and I come to this Dunkin every morning and this is the first time we experienced such horrible customer service from these two workers. Very...
Read moreLet me start by saying the teenagers and younger adults who work here are usually fantastic, I’ve only had one negative experience with them. BUT the actual manager, who is the face of the company and who SHOULD be setting an example for her employees- unfortunately is extremely rude. She usually wears her hair in a short ponytail or bun and has dark brown / black curly ish hair with bangs and often wears earrings. She is rude every single time I come to this location, and I always say please, thank you, have a good day. Shes at a menopause age so I’m not sure if that’s it. I saw they were having a livestream on TikTok, she was talking, so I just left a comment and said “ hey im a regular at the spring garden location, coffee is always good but sometimes the manager is a bit rude “ and she literally read my comment, said “ Oh well okay bye!” And blocked me. Aren’t managers supposed to be taking accountability and trying to do better for their employees and location? I would understand her attitude IF I was a rude, complaining customer - but I’m not so it’s shocking. I will be reporting...
