Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Delano

This is the most overpriced fast food place I’ve ever been to it cost you almost $20 for a meal here which you can go to any diner or any other restaurant and pay the exact amount of money and get an actual real burger instead of a salt patty that has 200% daily value of salt in one burger

On top of that, they charge you for everything extra You spend $17 on a western bacon cheeseburger and I’ll charge you $.50 for a ranch because we all know how big that burger is and one ranch doesn’t do it but they’ll still take advantage of you and charge you more for a dollop of another scoop of ranch

I’m getting very sick of these fast food companies charging as much as restaurant prices

Why go to fast food place when you could just go to a restaurant for the same price and just take it out?

You guys are going to fail as a business one day and I’m not going to be wondering why

I will say I do like to try boiled taste, but I also know that the charbroil Marks on your burgers are fake and I’ve seen it on a documentary and I’ve seen it in real life. You guys make those charges on your burgers and they’re not real…

So tired of fast food, being crap it used to be so good back in the day but in the last decade, it has gone downhill so quickly

Last week me and my family were passing through While We are on vacation. As we started to ask questions before placing our order. There were two young ladies out in the front lobby Just chatting away while there was customers in line and through the drive-thru . The young lady with the name tag La Gabby. Was very rude. I don’t really understand why these people are even allowed to work in a facility if they do not know how to treat people with kindness and respect? they need to find another job or maybe go back on Welfare because I think that’s what that young woman was on before. Her face had all kinds of tattoos which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional . THE WELFARE DEPT NEEDS TO TRAIN THESE PEOPLE A LITTLE MORE BETTER. Then and only then should they be allowed to work with people in the real world !!!!! Poor girl maybe she was just having a bad day but by the likes of the reviews online maybe every day is a bad day for this carls Jr!!! I hope that they just close this place up beginning with the manager!!!!...

Most horrible and embarrassing experience. First of all they serve you raw chicken. I ordered a $15 chicken sandwich meal through drive thru. When I got home, I bit into my sandwich chicken was raw and small. I drove back to Carl’s Jr. to ask for a refund. I didn’t want drama I just wanted my refund. Mark (manager) just handle the situation poorly. He was not understanding. He doesn’t care for customers safety. He told me he could only refund me what I brought back. I brought back the sandwich some fries and soda and he refused to give me my full refund. He literally open up the chicken and shredded it in front of staff and customers eating in the restaurant . He could’ve of given me back my full refund but he decided not to, like if his “managers” were going to verify if I brought every little thing back.. Like why would they want back the whole meal to re serve it? Working in fast food industry myself I would never treat a customer like that, Overall I was embarrassed and I never will spend my money in this...
