Located at 138 River St North in Delano. If you are going west on Hwy 12 turn right at Bridge Street. After you have crossed Bridge Street turn right at the end of the bridge and it will be on you left. There are 2 dining areas so if you don't want to be in the bar you can go through to the other dining room to sit. My husband had a wrap sandwich and said it was very good. My friend and I each had one of the burger choices and both were excellent. They offer pizza, burgers and other meals. The atmosphere is the bar was sports but it was fun to watch the miniature train travel on the rails about the bar area. There is an outdoor deck where seating would be available later in the spring. We would most like revisit Dave's Town Club on our trips home from the Twin Cities again. The only reason for the 4 stars was because we felt that the staff that welcomed us did not have the proper mask on for the protocol as it did not fully cover her nose or mouth. Otherwise, we felt the other staff member were...
Read moreDave's has a great small town feel. The food has the same feel. It's good. The service however is somewhat hit or miss. We're (when I say we, it was my wife and I, son and daughter-in-law, and their 3 little ones) pretty easy going, so we went with the flow. Our server was otherwise very pleasant and did a great job with our orders. We've had some other interesting experiences at Dave's. All that said, we'd go back. So, if you're adventurous and want to have a little fun, good food, and not too picky, definitely...

One thing they are consistent with is their extremely poor service. You don't have to act like the customer is putting you out because you didn't order the correct item. I'm not sure you all know what checking back means. Maybe keeping drinks full would be another thing to explain to your staff.
Go to Detour 19 the staff is always kind and friendly and the food is consistent. They go above and beyond. You feel appreciated spending money there and treated like a paying customer that is paying their bills. Unlike Daves, where they act like they...
