Totally disappointed ! Went with my son his wife and two grandchildren , first off they were understaffed one person running the bowling alley no servers or bartenders, second was charged $4 a game per person cost was $40 to bowl 2 games plus$10 for shoes (I had my own but was charged anyways) they have a Sunday fun day special which we were not informed of which includes two games with shoes for a family of four with shoes a pizza and a pitcher of pop cost $45 we order fries onion ring one wrap a chicken salad and one kids meal the bill was $110 outrageous to say the least!! Could've been a after church Sunday tradition but being on a fixed budget will go back to Sunday family dinner cooked at home! Also if your wheel chair dependent as my husband is the parking is in back be prepared for a struggle muddy wet snow ice uneven entryway half asphalt and half very narrow uneven concrete. Unfortunatly, what could have been a fun night bowling turned into a disater. Naming was a problem as it constantly kicked us out when trying to enter a name. Not only that, but half the time the scores wouldn't enter and we had to do it manually. Something I wouldnt complain about if it didn't happen so often. Thats bad not to mention the service. I ordered a Sprite early on, and halfway through our game I noticed I never got it. When I went up to ask about it they told me they didn't have sprite. Why. Wasnt. I. Told? Why do I have to be in the dark about my order, if it even exists, until I go and specifically ask about it? My friend never got some appetizer he ordered, period, but would have been charged for it let it not be for us reviewing the bill. Thats not all the issues I had, but I dont wanna...

Not a good experience at all.. HORRIBLY DRY LANES..Way over priced bowling, EXTREMELY Annoying staff . 2 Games and not a single speck of oil on my ball.. we hadn't even gotten to our lane before the staff were annoying us about menus and drinks.. not once but 3 times.. our whole team wasn't even done some of our players had just started putting their stuff away and the staff is already trying to close out the tab and pay(what happen to walking up to the counter and paying when finished) No refills on drinks.. had to get my own.. $7 a game per person for run down under maintained crap no thanks.. won't be going back there.. and thank God I didn't go there for league.. with those DRY lane conditions it would be a...
