KFC — Restaurant in Delano

First off. HAIR. HAIR alongside the food. Myra, the night ‘manager’: was little to absolutely no help and even had the audacity to hang up on me when I called to ask why my order was incorrect. Admitting that she often hangs up on customers because that’s the protocol at night due to the influx of prank calls- doesn’t seem professional but, sure. Had a lot of HAIR in my food which is why I was calling to complain and the food was all upside down. Honestly, it appeared that the food had fallen, and then simply been put back into the bag. The popcorn chicken was hanging around the bottom of the plastic bag. The bag holding the food had hair all over the bottom of the bag alongside the food. Miraculously, would not offer a refund. As if i would want a replacement order from this same location? Yikes. Spent over $30 @ this location, to call it a wash....

If I could give zero stars, I would. We stopped for a quick meal on our way down south and I thought we could get a variety of food, and vegetarian dishes for some in our party that don't eat meat. After 20 minutes in line, we finally were able to order. Or try to order. They did not have any mac n cheese. Or corn on the cob. Or fries. Or potato wedges. Or popcorn chicken. Or cole slaw. Now we knew why it took so long to order, because everyone had to rethink their meals! We finally ordered, got to the front and were given our food. Then told they did not have bbq sauce. Or silverware. Or...

These incompetent employees "forget" to give me items I ordered and when I call and tell them I can't drive back to get those items at the time, they put my name and number on a "list" and tell me next time you come in just tell us your name and number that is on the list and they'll give me my items ... I go in and they say well you don't have your receipt. And they do not honor THEIR LIST and their word .. instead argue with me about the stupid items! Honestly to me not even worth the argument... But definitely worth a ZERO STARS rating for the trouble!!!...
