Just stopped in on my way to work to grab some lunch in my security officer uniform and was told last time I stopped in that next time I should inform the drive up window and I'd get a discount for being in uniform. I told them I'm just a security guard and the manager at the window said that doesn't matter and I would still receive it. So today when I told a worker at the window she grabbed the manager to see if it was OK. He came up to the window and was immedietly rude saying the discount doesn't apply to me but they'd do it this time so next time we "don't have to deal with this". The way he said that wasn't very polite, and then he pulled another coworker up to the front to look through the drive through window whom smirked at me and my fiance in the car. I feel like they either didn't believe me that I was a security officer or were having a laugh because I thought I got the discount, either way it was upsetting the way he handled it and I will most likely not stop at this Arby's again. I usually don't leave bad reviews but when treated like this I feel something should be said. A simple "sorry the discount only pertains to military/police our apologies" would...

I have been a fan an going to several locations within South dakota. An both locations I have gone to in sioxufalls, have been bad. This location has hardly any customer service skills, if you don't hear anything they won't repeat, food presentation is horrible, my wife's samich looked like it was brake dancing in the wrapper, both sliders looked about the same. I gave three stars cause the average of the overall all score give. The franchise is good, but with current experience at both sioxufalls locations I won't be returning...
Read moreI'm hoping this is just a bad day for this Arby's, but we ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich meal and it was raw and cold inside. And they forgot a small fry for us. It was 11:30 this morning, so not very busy. On the bright side, at least it's proof that they cook with fresh ingredients. But seriously, if corporate wanted to give us a gift card to compensate, that'd be nice. Like I said, hopefully it was just a glitch or something that got fixed quickly. Also, the curly fries were delicious as usual, but it'll be a while before I can forget the taste of raw chicken...
