Asked the bald guy about Johnny Walker Odyssey. He's like, never heard of it...we probably can't get it. I assured him Tom has gotten me several bottles. Can you get it? I can check. LIke, if you really are interested in helping, maybe next time lead with, "You bet; I won't have an answer today but let me grab your name and phone number. It might not be until mid to late next week that I know, but I'll get back to you" (and then actually get back to me) But, apparently you guys are so thriving that it just doesn't make sense to make any effort to try to make a sale. Congrats, you have done just that as well as any future sales. I have to make more of an effort to visit your store than I do the many other places that sell like products. No effort for you, no effort for me. (sorry, just a little salty because he was also smug about it, so I'm sure that's coming through...

I stopped by after work yesterday looking to score some Bourbon or craft Stout beers that I have not seen before/been able to get my hands on. Not impressed. Also, if you are going to brag about customer service being your #1 goal, please follow through. I was in there a minimum of 20 minutes and stood by/passed at least 3 workers and they were all heads down in tablets or judged me immediately because I was in my work clothes. Not one of them so much as said "hi" or asked if they could help me in any way. At one point I was standing by the mix your own six pack cooler and one of workers stood over my shoulder within 2 feet and didn't say one word. I felt judged. So I’m a loyal customer of Williquors. They have a great selection. Being a loyal customer I think their customer service should really step it up. But you can clearly see you in the photo that the product is not accurate. I brought this to their attention after I bought this beer that I was excited about and it turned out to be a scotch ale. I didn’t even look at the can opener one up I took a drink of it I spit it out. I brought a back A few days later I asked if I could refund part of it back they said no. The product is still clearly marked wrong on the shelf and there is no indication of the Jeremih scotch ale for the pricing. Was extremely disappointing in a customer service. There’s many places to buy beer and liquor I guess I will seek them...
