B & G Milkyway — Restaurant in Delapre Township

My girlfriend and I don't go here nearly enough! The place is always busy, and rightfully so. The ice cream treats are fantastic and the staff is very friendly and cheerful which makes for a very nice atmosphere when combined with family and friends sitting outside and enjoying good food. The first time we went here Michelle ordered a large strawberry cone and I a cup of ice cream. Her ice cream cone was so tall I didn't think she would get it through the window. 10/10 Suggest you try this place at least once. The smoked brisket sandwich and or the hamburger steak sandwich will get you started and soon you will find your own favorites on the menu. Also note the prices are comparable and affordable in comparison to the larger franchises. Eating here you will still get the small town feel and familiarity of a local chain vs being churned through the line of other fast food businesses. Note that it is a locally owned franchise but it is not a local fast food chain. We go for the ice cream treats and are not disappointed. There is a huge selection to chose from and if you are not sure just ask for a sample. One of our favorites is at the end of the season, the pumpkin pie avalanche. It is simply yummy. Diane, the owner, is a fabulous lady and does a great job managing her team. They also have a sundae for your dog. We get them for our dogs' birthday and they love them. They have hot dogs, burgers, walking tacos and other food as well.
