Arby's — Restaurant in Delaware

Stopped at the Arby’s in Woodside DE to get lunch for my wife and myself. The gentleman that took my order was polite but had trouble hearing me. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order I gave the gentlemen my card to pay for my meal and he in turn handed me my drinks and shortly after a receipt. After waiting for about 10 minutes he came back to the window to inform me that it is taking longer because they are making our food fresh and everything is gonna be fresh and hot but they did not have one of the ingredients for my meal. I told him it would be fine without it and he walked away. About 3-4 minutes later he came back with my food and we left. I got home to find that my burger that was supposed to be hot and fresh was in fact cold/room temp and I only live 2 minutes from this location so I know a piping hot burger doesn’t cooldown that fast. I also noticed after leaving that the gentlemen never gave me my card back that I paid with so I called the location and talked with another gentlemen that said “yeah we figured you would be calling”. I was informed that he was gonna put my card in the safe and that it was ok if my wife picked my card up later. My wife arrived several hours later to get my card and was told that no manager was available to get my card out of the safe but someone would be there soon. After about 18 minutes of waiting I called the location and asked if someone could please hand my wife my card so she could take our children home. The lady I spoke with when I called got an attitude with me and proceeded to tell me that she “just makes sandwiches” but mysteriously enough she was able to get into the unlockable safe in less then a minute and give my card to my wife which prior to my phone call apparently couldn’t be done. Never during this whole process did I or my wife receive an apology. I will say that I frequented this location fairly often just purely out of convenience but after todays lackluster service, I don’t believe I will be visiting...

EDIT 10/26/23: Ok it's been a couple of years and I had to update this review. I came in a couple of nights ago and I rec'd wonderful service - I think her name was Trina?? The whole team working that night was amazing, you could tell they work well together and kept things moving. She constantly kept me informed about my order progress (there were about 3 DD orders coming in at same time). The inside was so clean! And there's even a TV on the wall that kept me occupied while I waited. The ladies were so nice, food was fresh. I don't care for the food like that as a whole but it's something close to me and works in a pinch. I'm moving from 1 star up to 3 stars.

2021- Trash. Came inside and CHRISTINA proceeds to greet me with “do you know what you want?” Excuse me?? LOL no hello or nothing, she then says it again but with more attitude. She must be mad about those crusty pink cornrows someone gave her. Just about everyone in there has a jacked up attitude including the old bat that must be their supervisor. I normally do drive-thru at this Arby's at least once a week. I don't normally have any problems at the drive-thru but today I decided to walk in, which was a mistake.I knew what I wanted going in so I ordered two drinks and stepped to the side, the cashier seemed a little annoyed but I didn't anything of it. I am a 5 foot tall woman in dress slacks and a blouse, next 4 customers are all men, then an older couple. They all order meals + and two of them get milk shakes. A couple of them are older and amiable so we make small talk, the cashier looks at me and rolls her eyes a couple of times but I don't pay much attention until 3 of the men have their meals and I realize that my order is being worked around. The cashier keeps skipping my order ans the woman at the drive through eventual notices ans starts my order but gets pulled to something else s my drinks are moved by the cashier and left. The fourth person says something as he gets his meal and then they call the couple up. The cashier tried to get smart with me when I got my drink because the other customers noticed her being...
