Born to Game — Local services in Dover

The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is good, selection is wonderful. But I ordered online a 850+ batch of magic cards like I have before in the past. But instead of getting what it said which was +rares and holos I got 15 of the same card 20 of the same cards and when I went through it. There was only 2 rares and 5 holos out of the 850 that was cramed in the front. Now mind you the order was placed and picked up same day. But instead of just saying like most responsible store owners "Can you come back later so I have time to make sure you get exactly what you paid for." Nope instead I get a box with no exaggeration 10 to 20 of the same card, no lands or anything. Just hands me a box and tells me "I made sure to add a few more holos for your patience sonce I waited a hour to get the box. Awesome thank you so much. And then when I got home thats what I opened. My friends and I all shop there and when i told them they didnt believe me so they wanted to see so they came over and were just as upset. They need to manage the stock better and make sure the customers get what they pay for and just be honest and ask for them to come back later until the order is what they paid for. Overall not a bad place but dont buy there so called bundles unless you want tons of useless cards you will be getting 20 of and a two rares with 5 holos. No one believes me im posting a vid on my youtube...

Prices are great! Nice selection ! My issue though, I do not like the fact that they have had several people on more than one occasion at the register just standing there gossiping and staring at customers. The staff doesn't say anything. People talking about their personal business while being super loud and cursing and hogging up the space in front of the counters where one needs to go pay and they are not even paying for anything. I wasn't sure who worked there and who didn't. As a business owner, this just isn't good at all and clearly these folks were used to loitering around the registers like this. As a customer, I shouldn't have to weed through a small mob of gossiping people who are just pacing in and around the counters to get to where I need to pay.. I ask you all rectify this because it is pretty unprofessional and it just doesn't look good for such an otherwise awesome place of business.

Edit (12/4/2018) I appreciate the business responding to my review and taking the necessary steps to change things around pertaining to what I said. I upped 1 star based off the response and the willingness to improve this specific issue me and a buddy of mine saw. As I continue to shop at this place in the future and notice the change in person, I certainly have no issue re-reviewing again and giving an appropriate higher review rating.

Stock is really awesome, usually have everything, sadly the female employee with shorter hair is extremely rude and made it so i dont even wanna come back. Went to turn my cards in for trade in and was told the next day to bring them in because it was their catchup day, i sadly have to drive a hour to this place, so i was a little dissapointed but fair is fair and business need a day to catch up, brought them in the next day (another hour drive btw) and was told that day that “i dont know who would tell you that, theres no one here who can do that” with the nastiest look on her face and a rude tone. It made me wanna leave immediately. I really do wanna say that i love a lot of the other employees and most of them are super kind, one even remembered that i was on vacation and asked how my trip was ! I really do wanna love this place but some of the employees really do...
