Rika’s Ice Cream — Restaurant in Dover

This ice cream parlor is amazing. I went there a little after 8pm. Everything was clean, the staffs were friendly and welcoming. The ice cream O.M.G the ice cream was delicious. I got the medium for $5. The flavors I chose were chocolate and pina colada. The ice cream was definitely rich, creamy, sweet, and sensational. Man I can’t wait to go back with family and friends. I'm just going to start off this review by saying this place definitely has the best ice cream. It is fresh homemade ice cream with many different varieties of flavours. They have a couple different sizes like Small, Medium, and Large. The workers are very nice and patient while you are deciding what flavor you want. Ice cream is really good. Third time coming to this place. But this time I got a banana split and my wife got a medium cup. The banana split was supposed to be $9 while the medium is $5. Which total should have been $14. I used my card, the total still came to $17.68. Not sure why I was charged another $3.68 and I also gave a tip on top of that.
