Great customer service! The minute you walk in they greet you. The staff is so nice and kind. They are willing to take the time out to help you with anything. I have been going here since me and my fiancé been together which is five years and I can say this I will not go to no other vape shop but maxed out. My service will continue at maxed out. You can’t beat there prices of everything from vape juice to the actual vape pen itself. And at least with maxed out you know the vape is a good one because Don or Aaron or the other guy I can’t remember his name (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) will suggest one too you that will probably fit your needs and tell you about each one they show you such as there pros and cons of them. I am new to vaping, but this store came highly recommended by my friends. I was weary about vaping in general, and the owner himself took the time to set up my new vape, and answer all 30 of my questions. When I had issues they were quick to resolve them and put me at ease. Every stop I make back to the shop I’m always greeted well, and receive great customer service by ALL of they employees. Each stop in is at least 20 min as they let me taste and decide on my next adventure in juice. But quick on their toes when I’m in rush. I’ve been to other vape shops where they push products, and don’t give real recommendations, but not this place. They are always honest, and are not all about the money.
