Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

Everytime I come here I'm reminded of why I almost never do.. It's not that I don't like Dunkin Donuts, I love Dunkin. I despise this location. I decided to go there this morning to get breakfast because I really wanted a specialty drink with some espresso because I needed something to wake me up. I get my macchiato and it tastes like burnt mud. Like straight up dirt. I try to make the best of it, try to get past the taste so I don't waste all this money, but it's absolutely disgusting. When I got to work I tried to add sugar to it, but nothing could mask how burnt this tasted. I had to throw it away. This happens EVERY TIME I come to this store. I spent almost $11 on coffee and breakfast to treat myself after a long week, when I should have just gone to a gas station and gotten a sandwich and average cup of coffee for half the price. This is my first time writing a review about any place and I can’t believe it has to be this one. I just went to this Dunkin’ like I almost always do before work, just to get an iced coffee and a sandwich. I always try to treat the ladies there in the drive thru with kindness. Well today, the older lady at the drive thru was so rude, I was holding out my phone (outside of the window) so she could scan it and she says, “could you hold it out more?!” And then aggressively takes my money out of my hand and drops my change on the ground. So I snatched my coffee from her because I thought that was so unacceptable for her to be acting that way when I’ve been going there regularly and always treating them with kindness. So I go through the drive thru last night Sunday 9/17 and order a sausage egg and cheese croissant it is an hour before closing and I am greeted with "what would you like"? No hello no suggestive selling nothing. I was told the oven was off they are done making sandwiches for the night. Ok that's fine. I go back today Monday 9/18 it's 2:30 in the afternoon through the drive thru and greeted the exact same way "what would you like"? No hello how are you nothing. I'm sure it's the same young girl. I ask again for the same sandwich just to be told they don't have croissants. I'm done trying to go here. I work in customer service and the world of customer service is gone.
