The lady at the counter was so rude I work in customer service. I placed my order. For pickup. She said. 20 to 25 minutes I asked her to call me when my order was ready as I was next door she took my phone number when I waited 45 minutes and went there she informed me not her job to call to let me know it's ready. So rude she needs to find another job horrible person at the counter I tip Everytime I go there and she said she didn't care about it. Manager needs to find better employee to greet and serve customers. She in wrong business I may never order from that place again. Read moreJust got cussed out by one of their employees. Called to cancel my order because of how the woman took our order over the phone. My fiancé said she was highly disrespectful, impatient, and annoyed that he was even calling. Not the first time dealing with this, but it put him in a terrible mood. She basically hung up on him. I didn't want us to have to deal with that again when picking it up, so I called and cancelled. The woman I talked to said she didn't take the order and said so your not coming? I said no. She said we have to give more notice, the wings were already ready, in a disrespectful tone and weirdly phrased. The order was placed at 12:22 and I called at 12:30, they said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. This was Mon 1/23. I could've just not called, she shouldve thanked me for calling at all. It was advertised as $32.99 to be told its actually $45 including the extra sauce. Take away the sauce and it's $42 a bit too much for such a place that can't maintain good quality or good customer service was hung up on by lady who answers phones. Reviews are right the food isn't the same as what it once was. The passion is gone to greed and better than everyone attitude given.
