McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

The service is GARBAGE JUST GARBAGE, I placed a mobile order here and they obviously have no competency regarding the usage of their own company’s app or the mobile order feature because they just kept telling “But it says you havent paid” when we reached the window when the whole point is that I’m not required to “HAND THEM” any kind of physical payment because Imthe payment is suppose to be taken through the app where my card information is saved, NO ONE should do any kind of mobile ordering from this establishment until they are properly trained on how it works, and the worst part was that the manager was the one repeating that I didn’t pay. I will NEVER return to this McDonalds establishment again, I will keep my business at the one located on Kirkwood highway since they seem educated on how the mobile orders are suppose to work, I’ve never had one worker tell me “I haven’t paid” when i tell them i did the mobile order, they hand me my receipt, I get my meal and go about my day, and they charge it straight to my card. if anyone is deciding between this location amd the kirkwood one, choose the kirkwood one located...

I just left this establishment very disappointed in who u let run this place!!! I received coupons in the mail and have a pretty big family and the manager / cashier was very rude towards me about using more than 1 coupon.. she told me I can only use 1 coupon per customer and every other McDonald’s I go to let me use more than 1.. the lady came off to me as racist and it’s not even like I was saving a lot of cash.. I told her my wife was in the car and she’s 9 months pregnant and that’s why I couldn’t bring her in to use a coupon.. I knew 2 people that I work with in the restaurant and asked them to use a coupon so it would work out.. as she became aware of the loop hole and saw I was gonna get what I came for she began being irate and saying things out loud like “ we need to get a sign so the people know u can only use 1 coupon!!! This is my main McDonald’s I spend money here but I will not be back here ever and will let everyone know how disrespectful and racist...

We just walk from the dollar store over McDonald's you get a cup of coffee. Hey the coffee was actually pretty good. It had a nice strong coffee taste. The coffee was strong enough to out taste the sweetener which is the way I like it. Service was quick and with no problems. It's kind of crazy though all the paperwork you get with a cup of coffee. Sweetener packs, creamer, stirring sticks, napkins and all in a little bag. I'm just saying there's a lot of extra curricular for just drinking a cup of coffee. They have to come up with another way of doing things. The people are going to have to start carrying their own stirring sticks. We're going to have to give up some conveniences to save the world. I got no problem...
