I go in there I give him my name and he tells me the price. I give him my card he goes this time I'll take this but next time I'm not going to, talking about American Express. I said well I won't give you my business anymore..he looked at me shocked and then turned his head away and didn't say anything and then gave me an attitude and then as I was leaving said what's up with my attitude...lol this is after I just drove 15 minutes to come to his restaurant specially, and gave him my business. I don't have time to be disrespected by people after I drove to the restaurant and if you don't take my card then don't do business with me ever again over a $1.50 service charge fee from American Express Then No thanks I'll take my business other places where they don't have an attitude. I really can see why y'all have a 3.8 LOL it's sad bro you don't even know the first thing about running a business. The customer is important and you show no to little respect to them it won't work out...

This was my “go to” Chinese takeout. Order was always correct, food good and customer service excellent. Tonight I ordered my food - spent almost $45 and when go home and put in plate my shrimp egg foo young had no shrimp ans in one patty looked like it had an entire onion in it. Once I picked out the onion I had 1/4 of a patty left on my plate. I called and explained I had no shrimp I was asked what about the second patty. Should have shrimp in all patties hence the $2 extra shrimp.I was told to bring back and they would cook again but I live about 27 minutes from the place and was not going back and home again approximately hour drive. I said I would bring it back on Tuesday (closed on Monday’s) and no response. I am very disappointed in the food this time and will have to look for another place to order from.
