I am sad to see the amount of people complaining about this location. I live close so when I decide to treat myself this is the location I frequent and I've been doing so for over two years now.
The people who work there are very friendly and literally give you service with a smile. This has been consistent without exception every time I've gone even during the stress of the pandemic. Most of them are young but that doesn't mean careless and sometimes I think people make assumptions. The ONE time (in TWO years!) I had a problem with my order the manager took care of it right away. The customer service there has been excellent every time. Can't say it enough.
As for the people complaining about the price: you get what you pay for. If you don't want to pay their prices no one forces you to go there. I find the quality of food excellent and the portions pretty fair considering you aren't paying much less for a similar meal at a greasier low quality chain like McDonald's (who now also charge 7-8 plus dollars for alot of their meals) If I'm going to pay for a sandwich I'd rather it be fresh and not laden in grease for hours like McDonald's or burger king. In short: their food doesn't give me a sick bloated feeling afterwards like other fast food does and I think that's a pretty good argument for the difference in quality.
Good job and keep up the great work guys!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the WORST Panera I have ever visited. Everyone has a poor attitude and deflects responsibility, especially the drive thru. Managers have no control over these kids and their disrespectful attitude. Manager claimed āwhat do you expect they make minimum wage?ā The 16 year old female closed the window in our faces and sheepishly had another young guy hand us our order. Thatās a cowardly bush league move after she smart assed a customer through the intercom. She didnāt realize we would go inside and speak to the manager. Nothing but excuses from Anna the manager for the poor behavior. Panera charges a premium for meals and the expectation is a heightened level of professional courtesy from the staff. Marissa the Regional Director (yeah, we know who the RD is) needs to visit this location and do a full review of operations and ensure everyone who is customer facing falls complies with corporate expectations regarding customer interactions. Unacceptable from a restaurant charging 15.00 for salads to be treated as rudely as we were. Anna the manager mentioned sheāll bring it up with the store GM and District Manager. No worries we already filed an official complaint with corporate. I give this location less than 1 star. Avoid...
