My husband and I are/were regulars, anytime our kids visit we take them out to dine at Scoreboard. Tonight we went with our son and his 2 yr old little girl. Our grandchild. Everything seemed good at first, Kimberly E. Server took our order, husband and i got lemonades, they seemed water down so we asked for exchange to water. Only his was taken and exchanged. I ignored it. Pizza my husband and son order came out after aproximately 45 minutes, my granddaughter and i never got our Turkey club. Kimberly came up to ask if everything looked good and if needed anything? I replied still missing our food, she replied "i will look for it". About 20 minutes went by. Luckly the baby was able to eat some of the pizza, as she was hungry. Finally i told my husband to ask for the bill. We will just go home and feed her. That's when we got an answer from Kimber. " Your club was given to someone else in mistake, three times" it's busy, I'm trying to train the new to go person. It is how it is, i just won't charge you. All this was said in a loud, extremely rude tone, as if we were in the wrong. My husband got upset, asked another server for manager?. Same female came up, she said. You want to complain? What's the problem? I said: there was no need you be loud and rude, we just wanted to pay and leave. Baby is hungry. She Kimberly replied: i don't care if you don't like it, it is how it is, if you don't like it is not my problem, then she came by throwing bill on table. . Nice bartender that we have seen previously did apologize for her behavior. But that's not enough. It was upsetting, embarrassing, to be treated so wrongly, to be screamed at, as I'm trying to entertain my granddaughter so she wouldn't hear how her family was been treated. Very disappointed and the last time there. I refused to spend my money on a stablishment that will pay her salary or anyone that mistreats and abuses any...

I arrived for lunch. I wanted to taste their club sandwich. It was a nice day, so I joined a friend and ate outside. It was a little noisy with a group of six at the table next to us, but we could hear each other fine.

Inside, I saw it was a nice sports bar with a large bar area if you want to sit at the bar. It was lunchtime on a Monday, and it was not busy, but it would be harder to hear each other than outside.

The pricing was reasonable. I had the Club sandwich, pickle, fries, Diet Coke, and water. When I first saw the place, the fries looked like they were definitely cooked in grease because they had extra fried grease on the fries. The Club was nicely toasted with a reasonable amount of meat on it. Sometimes, you get under toasted bread, and it feels wet. The bread was toasted just right.

On the overall, I think the inside is a great place if you want to see sports and be with a crowd on game day. It might be hard to hear each other. If the ratio is open and the weather is good for you, it will be a nice place to talk and eat. The pricing is reasonable, too.
