These guys have been great to work with. Friday morning my husband and I went and picked out 1 couch, 1 chaise sectional, and 1 chair. We only had room to take what we thought was the couch and chair home that day. They were understanding and agreed to hold the chaise sectional for us (which was their floor model) until the following Sunday morning. We showed up at 10am on Sunday to pick up what we thought was the chaise sectional and walked into a huge misunderstanding on our part. The couch we took home the precious Friday was boxed up and in plastic wrap at the time we took it and we had never actually had our eyes on it. We are moving and it was just sitting in our garage wrapped up and boxed as to not collect dust or dirt on it for the week. When we showed up Sunday we were told it was not the chaise we were getting, we were picking up the sofa and the chaise floor model had been sold that we thought we were getting. My husband and I got very upset because we both could have sworn we were picking up the chaise and had already taken home the sofa. Box Drop insisted we took the chaise home the week prior, not the sofa. Box Drop offered to refund our money for the misunderstanding if we did in fact still need the chaise which they no long had. We drove back home to load up the sofa and chair and finally checked the labels on the furniture. Jake and Ryan were right……we had taken the chaise and chair the week prior, and were indeed picking up the sofa Sunday. It was just a huge misunderstanding on our part and I’m thankful that they were willing to make it right if a mistake had been made. Long story short, we drove back again and picked up the right sofa and apologized for the stress that this misunderstanding caused. We would definitely recommend these guys for your furniture needs. We can’t wait to get the sofas and chair set up in our new house....

What an experience. We bought a mattress from a big box retailer 10 years ago and it started to go bad.
