Rudy's Pizza Italian Bistro — Restaurant in Delaware

I have ordered from Rudy's for YEARS NOW! Even through the pandemic and shut down, that's the only place I went to outside of home and generously tipped EVEN THOUGH I was doing takout. I ALWAYS put the details of my order in and willing to pay extra for my requests. My last 3 orders have been horrible and I paid extra for them! I ordered boneless wings last week and asked for extra hot sauce on the side. Got home...no sauce. Ok no big deal. A few days ago I order a turkey sub with double turkey and extra, EXTRA mayonnaise....get home and no mayo on the sub whatsoever ! Then TONIGHT, I did not eat ALL DAY and order a turkey sub with double turkey, extra mayonnaise and crushed hot peppers. I get the sub home....no lettuce, no tomatoes or onions which are standard on the sub! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and I will question ordering from Rudy's again because they can't get basic orders correct and get I'm paying for EVERYTHING I ask for! You can do better and you owe me better than THIS! Highly disappointed!!! I've NEVER complained on past incorrect orders and NEVER give reviews online but, ALWAYS spread the word about how good Rudy's is but, now you're biting the hand...

Where has customer service gone in this country!!!

I attempted to order from Rudy’s and was unable as they decided to arbitrarily closed this evening. I called earlier in the day to confirm their closing time and when I needed to call by for pickup. I was told they closed at 9pm and to get the order in about 30mins prior to that. I called and got a message that no one was available. I tried numerous times to call and decided to take a ride over to the restaurant as it was still before 9pm. I got there and the staff refused to take my order even though it was before 9pm as I was told that was when they were closing. The staff couldn’t care less even when I explained I had called earlier and had attempted numerous times to call. The attitude was basically too bad we are not going to serve you and no apology as to the fact their staff had given wrong information and made no attempt to try and rectify the situation. I absolutely love this restaurant! I go here all the time and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff is so friendly, and there are so many people working there that I have been greeted within 5 seconds of walking in the restaurant every single time I've been ever. I love to order online through PayPal and each and every time has been an easy, great experience. The prices are good, and the pizza is even better. There is something about the dough they use for their pizza that sets them apart from everybody else. Also, their specials are excellent. For New Years we got one of the wing specials (can't remember exactly which one it was) and the wings were excellent, and the price was outstanding. I've never actually sat down to eat in the restaurant, but from the looks of it seems like a great, Italian atmosphere. I've got nothing but good things to say about this place, the food and the service makes it the best...
