Taco Bell — Restaurant in Delaware

Third Class Atmosphere. No services for the customer. I ordered Cold cinnamon coffee through application as a go and grab. When I came there the coffee was hot. I said I ordered cold cinnamon coffee then she said it comes out from machine so add ice on it. That’s fine, I added ice. Then I drink it was no sugar in the coffee. So I asked no sugar then she gave me 3 pouches of sugar. So, Ultimately, I would say if you don’t know how to make coffee so why manager hired this type of crazy people in the Taco Bell store. Atchully for this type of employees Taco Bell reduce dignity by itself. This is my first incident in this week. Previous week, I ordered bean burrito with grilled. They served me without grilled, so I asked I ordered grilled burrito. Couple of weeks ago I ordered veg craving box then they served me non-veg in a box… So I’m here to write review becoz people get to know what kind of services they provide for the customers. Finally, today I decided not to come there anymore and I also recommend everyone do not place order and stop coming there as a walk in customer.. I think they have to hire proper...

Upon ordering I requested no veggies as I usually do when ordering for my child. Never before had an issue. So I’m watching the screen and nothing has been removed. Again I ask for no veggies. The cashier removed the lettuce and I’m waiting. So I ask, do tomatoes not come on the chalupa supreme? To which she replied oh you didn’t want tomatoes… 🤦🏻‍♀️ so i reiterated no veggies. I come to the window as smoke is bellowing out. She closes the window and yells this lady gas an attitude problem. So I asked her if she was referring to me? She stated it seemed like I had an attitude when she asked about tomatoes. Comprehension apparently isn’t an employee qualification upon hire. I get it’s only Taco Bell, but the lack of customer service is disheartening. Then the food preparers continued to carry on snarky saying no veggies. Your taco, no veggies. I've been to this location several times since it first opened. Normally I have a decent experience here which is why I return. Tonight I decided to order on their app to use my rewards. This was the worst experience I've had here. My order was simple, a Mexican pizza, a drink(free w/ reward) with sauces. I was charged correctly and the I got the right items but my Mexican pizza was not made correctly. There was no cheese or diced tomatoes on the top. Just the red sauce. I've ordered this many times and it's usually made fresh but this time it seems that it was made in a rush and just sitting. It was also wrapped in paper inside the box.
