Troy's Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

The pizza looked good... The bread/dough actually tasted great.. almost tasted like they buttered it... It was nicely cooked.... The pepperoni pizza could have cooked a little longer... A bit chewy... The pizza is a little thick for my likely but it was still good... The tomato sauce on the pizzas tasted great... Nicely seasoned and gave the pizza a nice kick to it... The fries are the reason for the 3 stars.... They were mixed with hard overcooked waffle fries... Which were probably left in the fryer... The cheese wiz sauce tasted weird... The mozzarella cheese wasn't fully melted... The bacon bits were from the bottle and weren't even the real ones.... The fries were a huge no and a huge disappointment... I ordered them based off a picture that was online with real bacon..and looked delicious.. but was disappointed when i received these... Definitely would not recommend the fries... The pizza I would probably try again... But this is a great little inexpensive spot.. I like it and would...

Been a long time customer of Troy and today was quite possibly the rudest encounter I've ever had with a counter-person in my life. I've ordered the same way from this restaurant online many, many times and have never had an issue except for today. Asked to speak with the manager because I wasn't satisfied with this customer service. No manager was working. Got hung up on. Called back to ask when a manager would be in. They picked up and hung up immediately. Second call, answered with attitude and no clue when and manager would be in. Told me to "call back later!" So disappointing since the last girl they had running the counter was super cool. I just want a refund at this point which was denied to me. I haven't even touched the food.

Update: still haven't been able to speak to anyone in charge. Called back and still no manager, 6 hours later. Left my name and number and still...

Ordered a burger onion rings and a chicken quesadilla everything came to my house over a hour later soggy! ( live 5 minutes down the road) I called and talked to the lady explains to her how everything was falling apart and how my food had things like jalapeños on it and I told them none she replies with the cook said they are green peppers wellllll I didn’t ask for them either!!!!!! The person behind the counter trying to be a cook is horrible this is the 3rd time my food has came completely wet and falling apart and not even so much as a sorry. This place use to have good food but now it’s just down right disgusting, so after 1.5 hours still no food and my husband has to go up there to take the food back because the owner word like to see it but won’t do anything still.
