Suever's Town House Drive Thru — Restaurant in Delphos

Placed an order this evening about 5:15pm was told it would be ready in 40 mins. Pulled in a little early 37 mins after I called and was informed my pizza was not even put in the oven yet and it would be another 30 to 40 mins. All I can say is wow. Definitely will take my business to one of the many other pizza places in the little town of Delphos. I completely understand being short staffed and if the place was extremely busy I would understand but saw no other orders waiting to be picked up and zero cars waiting or even there. Poor phone etiquette and in-person customer service. This was our first (and last) time ordering pizza from Suevers.
