Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

I had two major issues with the resturaunt tonight, one of public health and one of poor customer service. The first is a major public health issue. At least 2 wait staff and a cook were not wearing masks on their face while serving guests and making food. The bartender was not either, while being very close to patrons, and was touching his face while making drinks. Not only was this disgusting and makes me not want to eat there, it is also against local and state executive orders.

Secondly, I received abysmal customer service. I ordered my meal with a 10 PM pickup time, arrived at ten, and did not receive my food until 1030. The order was incorrect, with my 10 piece with half sweet bbq half honey bbq, fries, and carrots containing no carrots and the wings that were supposed to be honey bbq had no sauce. I called the store and the manager offered to have it remade with a pickup time of 11 pm. I arrived around 11 and told the staff I was there, and it was not until 11:20 that I was told by the manager that he forgot to give the kitchen my order. In addition, he asked if I wanted carrots or celery with implied as for the wait, even though a lack of carrots was part of the original remake as that was part of the mistake in the 1st place. I didn't end up recieving my order until 11:30. It still wasn't 100% right as I received carrots with celery instead of carrots.

So in recap, I am very dissapointed with the store. Not only was there the public health issue of staff not wearing masks to serve guests and make food/drink, I also spent a combined hour waiting for my food after the scheduled pickup time with the orders not being completely right either time. Very poor...

I will be honest it has taken about three years to come back to this restaurant and to my surprise nothing has changed. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this restaurant. The last time I was here I ordered bonesless wings and they put so much sauce in my box it was more like soup then sauce and the wings weren’t even tossed. They have such bad customer service it is unreal. Every time I go there your employees make me feel like an inconvenience to them. Today I walked it was not greeted let her know I had a pick up she looked it up and said it’s not ready. I arrived about five minutes after it was supposed to be ready. So I asked her if she knew about how long she said no I don’t and that was it. No reasoning why she couldn’t obtain that information. So I walked out then walked in about five minutes later still no order ready. So 15 mints after our pick up time my food was ready. No napkins or silverware offered. I check the order in the car and we are missing queso so I walk back in and let her know She walks to the kitchen then the cook yells and tells her it’s in the box however I had ordered two then I get the queso and no sorry nothing just here you go no have a great day bye. The queso is straight water I swear. Needless to say this experience was terrible once again I have ate at other bww outside of Lansing and have never been treated so poorly and have had great food. I will never return to this location or the one on campus and if you are thinking about stopping by I suggest you make the drive to a different restaurant or try wings over East Lansing better in every way. I spoke with Bridgette who was friendly and wanted to rave ablout bianca. Awesome staff at this store. Just outstanding. I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings on West Saginaw in Lansing, Michigan, and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Bianca. Having just returned from traveling across the country and experiencing numerous restaurants, the service at this particular location stood out remarkably.

Despite arriving late and being the last table of the night, Bianca served us with the enthusiasm and warmth as if we were her first customers of the day. She was exceptionally cordial and friendly, making us laugh and providing a refreshing change from our usual dining experiences across the country.

Bianca's exemplary service deserves recognition. If I were in charge, I would ensure she receives a raise and the opportunity to share her exceptional dining and serving skills with other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Training sessions led by Bianca could greatly enhance customer service standards nationwide.

Additionally, the bartender crafted our drinks perfectly, further elevating our dining experience. This particular store is undoubtedly one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings locations I have visited across the country.
