Sir Pizza - St. Joe — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

I would like to share the worst experience I have ever had when simply going to pick up a pizza. I received the wrong order, when I informed the staff of this I was told it was correct, while having my wife on the phone a very sarcastic and condensing young man with a nose ring told me he had spoke to my wife on the phone when it was an online order. Refusing to admit their mistake I requested a refund and was told they couldn't do that. After a long frustrating time. He claimed he put it back on my card (we will see) and to add to it the pizza I had taken to the car they put out to give to the correct customer so Angela if you ordered from them don't worry I did nothing to your food but think they should have remade it. This might be the only negative review of a pizza place that I've ever written. I often look for small, hole-in-the-wall places... mom&pop or local chain... trying to avoid the big corporate fast food junk... I live 120miles from Lansing, was only in town for the day... and didn't realize this was a small chain. THIS is the worst pizza I've ever purchased. Simple sausage has always been the best way to judge a new place. I would have rather paid $17 for a Jack's frozen pizza. This is closer to a Totinos dollar pizza. I ordered the pizza for dinner, later... and a Philly Cheese Steak for a very late lunch at 2:30pm. They didn't have that sandwich available at that location. Then why have it on the menu? So I got the Beef Boat. Worst sandwich I've ever paid for... HOW on earth does this place stay open?!? You can throw a rock and hit a gas station that offers...

I went there during my 30 minute lunch break. When I ordered they told me that it would be a 20-25 minute wait. After waiting for 23 minutes I asked if they knew when my pizza might be ready. The man at the counter told me that she was just about to put it together.

When I asked for my money back the man was rude and shorted me. I had to tell him that he hadn't given me the full amount that I had paid.

I wish they could have told me a correct waiting time. If they had I would have had time to purchase food at another restaurant.

I've eaten at this place several times and dealt with their slowness and incompetence. But their lack of ability to provide good service has finally outweighed my desire for Sir Pizza. I will not be purchasing food from their...
