I did an online order on October 12 and picked it up around 7:30 PM. I'm not sure who made my sub. There was only one guy at the counter when I went in. And oh my gosh ! It was absolutely PERFECT! Usually, at this subway all of the toppings are falling out of the side, you can't get everything in one bite, the sauce will be really heavy in one spot and almost non existent in another. But not this time! I planned on eating half and saving the other half for later but I ate almost the whole thing it was so so so good and perfectly made. Like I said I'm not sure who made it, my receipt says Served By 999997. I'm usually not a HUGE fan of subway especially this location, I only get it if I'm really really craving it, usually knowing it's going to be poorly put together. I am beyond impressed I should have gotten 2! This employee definitely deserves some sort of recognition if not a raise. They had dark curly kind of longer hair and glasses. I only went in and picked it up so I didn't get much "service" but in the 30 seconds I was in there, he was nice, approachable and quick. In the past, there was an employee there who was very obviously annoyed every time we walked in, and she would put our subs together so fast and sloppy and if she was asked to make any changes she would roll her eyes. We stopped going there for a long time because of that specific employee. I just cannot express enough how good this sub was. The best one I've ever had from any subway anywhere and I worked at the one in grand ledge for about a year in 2017-2018. Please give this employee some recognition for doing a great job as I'm sure my sub wasn't the only one he has made correctly. It really seemed like he tried to make it good. I'm half tempted to call and ask what his schedule is just so I know to order when they are working. I know they can't do that tho 😂 but GOOD JOB! absolutely delicious...

This Subway is hands-down the BEST in town! 🙌 I drive all the way from South Lansing every single day on my lunch break just to come here because the service and flow are unmatched.
Shout-out to Mason, Alex, and Nia — the way they keep things running is smoother than I’ve ever seen at any Subway. No matter how busy it gets, the line moves quickly, everyone gets greeted with a smile, and the store feels so well-managed.

Finally she rudely asks if she can help. I ask about breakfast subs and check the menu and you’d think I just killed one of her cats. She makes the sub with zero banter, not a smile or friendlyness anywhere and other staff come in with less atmosphere than a funeral home. Upon ringing me up (slowly) she pauses to check her phone before painfully ringing me up. I almost walked out about 5 times in the interaction, but I wanted the food which was good.
