McDonald's — Restaurant in Delta

I’ve never been so outraged by insolent employees at a McDonald’s restaurant before! We waited in the drive-thru at the menu board for what seemed like an eternity! There was one other vehicle in the drive-thru lane at the time that went just in front of us to the drive up window while we still waited to have our orders taken. When the vehicle left the drive up window, no one had greeted us, nor taken our order in spite of my attempts to loudly place our order. Thinking that there might be a problem with their intercom, we pulled up to the first drive up window and explained our inability to order and that no one had even greeted us at all. He relayed that information via his headset to the employees at the other service window and then told us we’d have to go around and “drive back through”. When I asked him if he could just take our order there, he repeated that we would have to “drive back through. No apology and STILL no other customers in the drive through line! We drove across the street to Arby’s where the service was great! I will never use this McDonald’s location again. Too bad, it has been a convenient travel location for us for 40 years. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I’ve had some good meals and good service in the past. It’s a shame and obviously some management...

The food was good and fries were the best part of our meal, but I didn't get the sandwich I ordered so had to go in and get it, the management was very rude to one of their employees. She was rolling her eyes glaring at him when he made a mistake when she saw me she didn't even acknowledge me didn't ask if I have been helped turns and walks away. When the kiddo came up to me and asked what I needed I explained he went to get help and another employee was rude and giving him dirty looks as well... he came back with my deluxe crispy chicken. When I got back to the truck my chicken was soggy and no pickles when ordered extra on my sandwich the tomatoes looked horrible I am not about making reviews but the management there was very poor and that is my main reason I rate a two for their service and actions towards...

Ordered online from the "hack" menu, the surf & turf. Our understanding is that comes with double cheeseburger, fish filet with free medium drink & fry if ordered on the application - which we did. That's supposed to be $7 49. Then used 1500 points, added fish filet, another fry with drink. Amazing the total jumped to $17.03!! Upon arrival to pick up order they tried to charge $17.03 again even though order was paid for via their application. Then took order home (5 miles) only to discover missing extra fish filet & fries. Return to McDonald's, speak to kid who was I'm guessing the manager - sent home with big Mac, fish filet & spicey chicken sandwich. Holy cow! The incompetence at local McDonald's is off the charts! Charged $17 + for what was originally a $7.49...
