Wendy's — Restaurant in Delta

Stopped in last Saturday morning for breakfast on our way camping. We drove through, made our order pulled to the window, paid, and was immediately parked even though there was no one else in the drive, not behind us or even pulling up to order. Our food arrived item, so I went into the restaurant leaving my vehicle right where I had been instructed to park. As soon as I entered the dining room, I hear disparaging remarks about my truck being parked where it was that turned out to come from the "manager." This same individual later identified as Ruban, the store Manger, comes to the counter and asked if he could help. I tried explaining that I was short an item, but he was too distracted by his need to demoralize his staff to listen to the customer in front of him. So I tried explaining again. Once he determined that I couldn't be bullied the way his employees are by him, he turned to the very nice lady I was speaking with when he inturpted and said, "you deal with this guy..." Embarrassed, she stepped up to the counter, apologized for the treatment I received by her boss, and commenced to get my order corrected. Thank you ma'am. I will not be visiting this location again and have logged a complaint...

My husband took me to get the new salad and it was not a good experience. There was nothing but non professional teenagers working there. I have NEVER seen a Wendy's so dirty. it was as if they had just finished a dinner run and not cleaned up and just kept going. It was full of flies and just as nasty in the dinner area. When we try to order in the drive thru. They person taking orders was not speaking to where you could understand her. Inside I thought I would order but watch them make our food making sure they changed gloves ect. But it didn't matter because they no longer serve fish sandwiches so I just left. We went to McDonald's and once I got there I was glad that Wendy's doesn't have fish. McDonald's was clean, professional, and didn't make a big deal out of the special ordered fries. The two restaurants were like night and day. I don't know if we will be going back to Wendy's or not..I went on 7 /10/19 to try the new salad.. very...

We have a local business here in town, one day last week we had not eaten all day because we were so busy, so one of the guys ran to Wendy's here in Delta to grab something fast. When he brought the food there was a problem with it, so we called and spoke with the manager Kendra. She apologized and asked how they could make it right, she suggested that when we come back again, she would buy our dinner. The next week when we picked up our dinner, Valerie helped us and they did a great job on all our meals, they were fast and very friendly. Being that we are local, and sometimes we have late lunches or work late, it is nice to know that this Wendy's here in Delta has efficient and delightful customer service, which is absolutely necessary in the fast food business. Thank you so much for making things right, and having such a great attitude along with doing what is needed to insure great customer service...
