Subway — Restaurant in Deltona

I have stopped at this Subway before and the service is always slow. Against my better judgment I stopped here instead of the one on Doyle in the Deltona Landings Plaza. When I arrived there were 4 people in line and two employees. I thought it should not be long. One employee was making sandwiches and the other started to clean an oven. The first customer had two subs, the second also had two subs. An older lady was in the line in front of me, she was obviously having an issue standing and I had already been there 10 minutes by this time. By the time the lady in front of me was ready to order, her legs were shaking and she was having a hard time placing here order. Still the second employee cleaned the oven. Two people behind me in line left. I finally placed my order for two tuna subs. The sandwich maker measured out four level scoops of tuna for each and spread it on a foot long sandwich. I asked is that the normal amount of tuna? The sandwiches were light on tuna. We often order subway tuna subs and these were the lightest on all toppings I have ever received in 45 years I have been ordering Subway sandwiches. Very disappointed and will not likely order from this...

I don't know what the problem is at this location but it should be closed. I get veggie footlongs and every time I come here they barely give me anything on my sub. No I'm not a vegan I just don't care for meat sandwiches but I still pay so why can't I have extra spinach or extra jalapeños without paying more?? I get the cheapest easiest sandwich but cannot get enough veggies. Ridiculous. And your staff is so rude and miserable if we the paying customers are such a bother to your staff that they have to stop and make us the customer a sandwich then maybe you should let them go work somewhere else. I didn't catch his name, but the dude that was working today on the line around 1pm, was amazing!!! Definitely working in the wrong place. He listened to what I asked for and didn't over load on the sauces like everyone else. Really nice guy. I thought I would get a soggy sandwich and be disappointed but nope. It's exactly how I imagined my meal would be (sorry I'm pregnant and need to have exactly what I'm craving or I get hangry lol) safe to say that I am satisfied. Not to mention my husband hates eating at subway but he actually ate his part of the sweet onion chicken teriyaki before I could take a bite lol wish I got your name to shout kuddos to you directly.
