Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Denham Springs

UPDATED 2022 So this location in the last 3 years had improved with the use of the mobile app things were easier. Not on this day. Ordered tots...got fries, again the issue with they cannot hear what you say in the speaker, have to come out to car. Not my fault., swap the fries out for tots, tots barely cooked, ordered the patty melt. Dry toast hard and meat too.

July 2022 UPDATE I still love Sonic, but this location can often times make huge mistakes. June 28 II used the mobile app which I love. Placed my order...parked and alert them my stall # outcome food and my husband is reaching and putting in the car. I am looking at the drinks right away going that is not what I ordered. Carhop says yes, it is, and I think well maybe I clicked wrong choice, so she gives us the food. Husband is very hungry, diabetics get that way, and he takes food out of bag and says you ordered fries no tots, I said no so now I am trying to get my phone to load my receipt and see that I ordered just as I thought. So, I walk up to the front to show the girl and she says are you Frances ..Said yes. She gave us stall 19 order and we were 17 because I have both receipts. What does alarm me as my husband was eating the first hamburger we got. She asked did we touch the other hamburger and the fries, and I said yes. She took the food that burger and fries and I threw the drinks away. We had touched all that. Did they give the others that food? Please Sonic folks don't ask me to call the franchise owner. That is lazy of you. You contact them. I am simply reviewing your site I am under no obligation to fix a problem they are having. But clearly you know that taking food from one customer and giving to another is cause for alarm if that was...

This was originally written 3 years ago... So this evening my daughter and I decided to go to sonic for dinner. We don't usually dine out, but dad's out of town so I thought I'd treat her to something. Well I ordered a Jr double on the value menu and a large mozzarella stick for us to share. My daughter ordered the chicken strip meal substitute with fries. All of our food was cold! Her chicken strips tasted like they had been sitting in a dehydration machine, and the fries were so cold they were gritty tasting. Even her bread was burnt yet oddly cold. To top it all off, my burger only had 1 piece of meat. They put more pickles than meat on the burger! I will NOT be dining at the Denham location again. Next time I'll just hit up Raising Canes. Today, 4/10/22. My daughter wanted sonic, so I told her I'd take her, but she was buying and I wasn't getting anything because of ALL the other times they messed up my food. We get there, order, and then they missed her pretzel wit cheese sauce. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the fact it took them 15 mins to finally bring her pretzel, but then forgot the cheese sauce. Ask the guy for the cheese sauce, he leaves and doesn't come back. Finally after another 10 minutes, I went to the door and had to get them to give me the cheese. I am sick of this Sonic The wait is always long and the staff is always rude Tonight I ordered two Sonic cheeseburger combos and one sonic double cheeseburger with bacon without the combo and pickle fries The food was cold and the tater tots and a pickle fries barely had anything in it I will be attaching pictures..... to begin with whenever the girl came across the speaker to take my order she seemed  very bothered by the fact that I was even there she didn't ask me what sizes I wanted the combos and when I went to specify what sizes I would like them she literally sighed like it was a big deal to change the size of the combos and whenever the car hop came to bring me my order she was also bothered by the fact I was there there was no courtesy no manners not to mention our food was cold like it had been sitting in an ice box literally... This is not my first unpleasant experience at this Sonic location in fact almost every time I stop by this location it's not a pleasant experience there is a couple of other Sonic locations in my parish I will be attending those from now on I will no longer stop by this Sonic it doesn't matter what day what time I go or what I order if a long wait and rude staff I'm...
