Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Denham Springs

I was called and yelled at by an associate because they could not find my house. As I explained how to get to my house the tone and rudeness of the associate was truly mind blowing. Who runs a business this way? However, the day before I had a family party and ordered pizza for the children and the address was not a problem to find. Finally, when the driver arrived I opened the door and the first thing she did was put her phone in front of my face and said, “I called you 2 times!!!” Literally screaming. I informed the rude women I was not by my phone. I asked her how did you find my home? The woman replies, “I used the internet!” I’m not sure why this was a problem and why didn’t she do that in the first place? Instead of blaming and screaming at a paying customer. As she gave me the box of pizza she shoved it towards me angrily the pizza shifted on top of each other. I couldn’t believe how terrible this experience was. I contacted corporate and am waiting on a response. I will NEVER order from this terrible Denham Springs, La. location again and would encourage you...

I order a med pizza, 6 bone in wings and pizza melt. My order was delivered by door dash, without my wings. Phone was taken off the hook to prevent answering in person to inquire about my order. I tip door dash and still had to get out of my bed and go to the Denham Springs S Range location. Once I arrived at the location I see clearly why my wings were forgotten and pizza was burnt. The atmosphere of the store was so unprofessional as well as the employees except one young lady. Management gets no stars from me. One of the employees stood at the counter and laughed as I was explaining the situation to the helpful young lady. After waiting 45 minutes to remake my order, pizza was burnt and wings wasn’t bone in like I order. All in all I wasn’t looking to be compensate for their mistakes, but to get up out my bed and go to the store and wait that long and still be disappointed with the order. One of the worst Pizza Hut locations I have ever used. Every single time I have used them they messed up our order completely. The last time I used them, I ordered a cheese pizza and a veggie pizza (I do not eat meat). Instead they gave us two meat lover's. It was for my daughter who was playing a softball game. The entire family went hungry. We called on the spot and all they offered was to remake the order. I told them that wasn't an option as we were at a game. They said they would leave a note to give us the order again in the future. We called back a month later and the employee didn't leave any note, and they refused to honor what they agreed on. Even worse was that they refused to let me speak to a manager. Apparently the store had no manager on duty. I left my number for them to call back....
